Great location with amazing Caldera views. Close to everything in Fira. We had an amazing host Danae she was super helpful gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. We had a fabulous time!

The property was excellent and was in the perfect location with everything within 50-100 metres. The view was also incredible and my stay was made even better by Danae’s hospitality. She was available for support whenever required and ensured my stay didn’t lack anything. I highly recommend this place!

⸻ The property is in a great location, but there are a few things that should have been mentioned in the listing. It’s located directly under a restaurant, and the balcony view is partially blocked by a chimney from another nearby restaurant, which affects the experience. The host is very kind and always willing to help, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing — both the jacuzzi and the room were not properly cleaned. Positive points: great location and beautiful view. Negative points: poor cleanliness, and the listing should show that the property is located under a restaurant and that there’s a chimney blocking part of the balcony view.

The location is great but the staff is dishonest. Take your business elsewhere. During our stay, not surprisingly, a guest attacked the staff because he also was fed up with dealing with dishonest staff at this property.

We stayed in the Junior suite and it was amazing! Our little get away was perfect right from the beginning; our host Danae picked us up from a very convenient location and took us to our room which was beautiful and very clean. She was very helpful throughout our stay and an amazing host! The view is stunning from the room and an amazing place to watch the sunset! Would definitely recommend, it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in 😊

La habitación es muy buena, amplia y acogedora. Las vistas son realmente maravillosas y el jacuzzi es genial. Lo único malo, y es bastante molesto, es que hay dos chimeneas de los restaurantes de abajo que tiran todo el humo en la terraza.
