Hotel is in a very good location, within a walking distance from bustling Fira's center and next to a bus station. We walked all the time and even did the 2 hr hike to Oia. Rented a car to visit other parts of the island in the south and east coasts. The hotel is manned by the owner Sofia and has two young men who were helpful. They provided free pick up service from and to the port. Just make sure to call for arrangements at least 24 hour prior to arrival (also by air). The hotel is located on a second floor and has five bedrooms. It does NOT have a caldera view but you can literally walk less than 30 meters to see it. They are small but have basic comfort. We paid a good value compared to many other higher end options. Overall Santorini was expensive compared to our stays in Athens and Mykonos, and many services and restaurants were of subpar quality albeit good service in general.
