After a good night's sleep in a perfectly quiet room, I opened the door to breathtaking beauty. An ideal location, overlooking the Santorini harbour. The personal service, from check-in to check-out was first class. We always felt welcome. Breakfast was delivered minutes after we called. We could walk out of our room and be connected, by foot, to the beauty of Santorini or Fira. Or we could just sit just outside our room and take in this amazing place.

Dimitra at Exclusive Plan Suites made our stay so wonderful, she gave great tips for what to see and where to eat and was available any time we needed her. She even worked with us to get an earlier check in when our flight came in at 340 am. The room is a cave style, spacious and super clean. The view from this place is amazing and the location is great, many restaurants and shops mins away. See photos from right outside our room.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of August and we loved the place. The room was nice and clean, but the most amazing thing was the view, absolutely breathtaking! The staff was nice, professional and friendly, they helped us organise dinner reservations, activities, ferry bookings and other nice surprises. A big thank you to Dimitra for taking such good care of us during our stay! It was hard to leave such an amazing place, we’ll definitely come back!

Exclusive Plan Suites is an ideal place to stay in Santorini. Wonderfully located with amazing views of the Caldera, Exclusive Plan Suites is quiet and private and has breathtaking views of the Caldera from the room and personal hot tub. The cave style apartment was very roomy, clean has a huge bathroom with double shower and vanity sinks. The breakfast provided each morning was huge. Mary made sure my Coeliac needs were catered for with fresh fruit, yogurt with honey and milk for my Gluten Free cereal. Mary also recommended wonderful restaurants for the duration of our stay and booked us a table each night. She also arranged tours and transport for us. Mary was a delight. I would recommend Exclusive Plan Suites to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a perfect location and with a personal spa and beautiful sunset views each night. A 5 Star experience.

Stayed in one of the hotel suites for 3 nights. The room was great and spacious and had all the commodities promised. What amazes the visitor of course is the 180 degrees view over the Caldera. Truelly magnificent to enjoy a hot bathtub in the balcony with such an amazing view during sunset. Literally you don't have to visit Oia the view is as magnificent as it gets. The hotel staff was really helpful, especially the girl in the reception ( I think her name is Mary) gave us a tone of advises of what to do and where to eat and I have to say that most locals suggested us the same things and we have as tried them and were excellent. The lack of hot breakfast indeed is quite a let down, even though we were informed for it before booking the hotel, though I think that there could have a bit more of a variety for the products offered from the local bakery. One huge plus as well is the location. In Firostefani, in an area where you can easily find a parking slot in municipal parking areas and in a walking distance from the island's capital Fira. And since the suites are not on the pathway which all the tourists use in order to walk to Fira, the suites guarantee adequate privacy. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed there with my wife for 3 nights and we loved the place. The staff were very nice, very welcoming, and super helpful. Mary helped a great deal with tips on places to go and things to do. The location is also good. It's 500 meters away from Santorini main square and has a great view. It's very clean. The room was big.

We stayed here for 3 nights here, the view is Amazing.. The room is more like a studio apartment is really big, very comfortable with a hot tub out side. All the staff is really really nice, you feel like home. The manager (Dimi) who sit in the reception is extremely helpful, she will recommend the best place to go and eat and even make any reservation on your behalf. And Pedros is so nice, help us with our suitcases and any repair you need in your apartment, even if the hot tub water is too hot. Breakfast was good and housekeeping staff is also really nice. Staff is accessible easily all the time. We had our best stay here in all of our holidays we had everywhere in the world. You will be so relaxed, peaceful and comfortable. Also just few steps away from restaurants and mini market, wine shops and souvenir shops.

When planning our trip I had originally wanted to find a hotel in Oia but the prices for a hotel with a view were very high and I was also concerned about the crowds in Oia so I expanded my search. I came across the Exclusive Plan Suites hotel and was impressed by the reviews and the pictures. We arrived by ferry from Milos and the day before our arrival we contacted the hotel to ask about the best way of getting here from the port. They arranged a car for us that met us at the port. When the car pulled up, Maria met us by the road and she and the driver would not let us carry our bags to the hotel which is a few minutes walk but down the narrow street and steps of Firostefania. Maria checked us in and spent time going over a map of the island and some must see places to go to. The room did not disappoint. It was spacious, bright and airy and clean. On the front “porch” was a hot tub and lovely view of the Aegean. There’s nothing like opening the door in the morning and seeing a blue sky, blue sea and lots of sunshine. The bathroom was huge with a double shower and double vanity. It had a small kitchenette as well. The next couple of days Demi was in duty at the hotel office and she was a delight. No question was too trivial. She arranged and ATV rental for us for the day and when we returned in the evening and asked if we could extend the return time the next morning to give us a few more hours of exploration she arranged that for us without hesitation. She also arranged a car to airport on the day we left. The breakfast was brought to the room every morning from a bakery in Fira. It was fresh breads, pastries and cakes and yogurt and there was butter and Jams in the room along with a Nespresso type coffee maker. I think the only compliant that I have (and actually it would be more of a suggestion) is that there was no fruit with breakfast. This was a perfect spot and we had a great experience. Firostefania and the hotel was in a Great location on the caldera but quieter then the much busier Oia. Thank you again to the staff for making it so special. Oh as far as the doesn’t disappoint 😉

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I'm a budget traveler. So paying about S$300+ for a room a night was a pinch for me. But the whole experience was amazing and I felt that the money was well-spent. The location was good. Firostefani was alot less crowded than fira and oia. It feels peaceful. It's near to restaurants, just 1 min walk? Service was great. Generally, Greeks are nice but the receptionist was really the nicest lady I met in the week. Room was massive. The size of the toilet was equivalent to my budget hotel room size in athens. There were two showers and two basins. Other than fridge, there's a coffeemaker and microwave too. Jacuzzi. (Note that it's not that private afterall, people can walk past the pavement right in front of the jacuzzi. But well, that's santorini and its caldera. Water was warm and nice. We also saw the staff cleaning it thoroughly, so don't worry about cleanliness. Food. There was two glasses of welcome cocktail waiting for us in the room. Very nice gesture, though we don't drink. There were also packet fruit juices in the fridge. Breakfast was a good spread of pastries. You can pair it with coffee or tea. Breakfast is served to your room. View. Our room has a view of the sea, but not the sunset. But there's a viewing point (private area for hotel guest only) which has an awesome view of sunset. Lucky for us, weather was good that day, and we had a great sunset view. We checked out at noon, and our ATV was waiting for us. The hotel helped to arrange, which was good as we could return the atv at another area of santorini (in perissa). We tried to find a shop in fira, but all of them had to be return to the shop.

My wife and I have just had a week's stay here and it is unbelievable. The rooms are great the staff were fantastic and the views are just amazing, you can't take your eyes off the ocean. The lady behind reception could not be more helpful. Please for any negative comments this is an awesome stay.
