The view was amazing. Balcony overlooking the pool and ocean

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel room had one of the worst view - balcony on city street and wall in front of balcony. Jacuzzi had cold water. Sauna and other services were extra charges.

This hotel was in the perfect location. Outside bustling Fira but close enough to walk to. The room was excellent and provided all things needed for comfort. Was here on vacation and all staff was friendly and helpful with any planning needs and helpful hints about the island.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spectacular and large, 10 min walking distance to Thira. Hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Great hotel. I just come back NY from my vacation. ( 5 hotels, 5 countries) This is one of the best hotels, It is not 5 star hotel but if you stay, you know what I mean. Great staff especially Mr. Evagelos, Whenever I have some problems, he solved the problems right away. Thank you so much. I want to suggest one thing , breakfast time. please give us more hours

The staff are excellent, very helpful. Very close to Fira town and restaurant.

My family and I just got back from 3 nights at the Santorini Palace, and let's just say, we were very disappointed. Orbitz and many of the other sites have this rated as a 4 star hotel, which it is definitely not. The staff wasn't very professional, they make you come to the front desk to get pool towels, which must be returned that day or they scold you, there are ants in the mildew-smelling rooms. The only thing that was good about it was the pool and the price. There is also no caldera view from the hotel, but to be fair, it's only about a two minute walk to see the breath taking views of the caldera.

Great hotel and location. We could walk out of hotel to go towards street overlooking sea and walk to Fira town. Hotel has a view point to it and looks great. Only issue was location of room and carry luggage to and from the room as it is not a single building with elevator and made on mountain side so rooms are at different levels.

From the moment we walked in, the staff members made sure we feel in home.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location - about a ten minute walk from Fira and close to many restaurants. The bus stop to Oia is very close by. Breakfast offering is excellent. Hotel is clean, pool is great, pool bar and restaurant is convenient. If staying here, prepare for a work out as there are lots of stairs and luggage service begins only at a certain time in the morning. We had to carry our luggage for a 6:30 am pick up.
