The Location was beautiful pool was ok although they ran out of ice at the bar and staff member made no effort to refill. Breakfast was very basic. Our room was very small and had a strong damp smell. The exit light in the room was on all day and night making difficult to sleep. Cleaners did a great job each day. We had high expectations with this facility considering it was one of the most expensive we had stayed in on our trip. Would not recommend.

We had arranged an Airport Pickup prior to arrival and all went smoothly. We were met at the top of the cliff by 2 porters to carry our bags down to the hotel. Thank god they were there. It’s 101 steps down to the front gate/reception office and then another 30 down to the rooms. Impossible to do yourself with a case. We were met by Chrissie who explained all there was to do in Santorini while checking us in. We stayed in a “Traditional Suite with outdoor spa and Caldera views”. Probably the best option in the hotel I think. Everything about the hotel is lovely and I feel sorry for those that haven’t liked it before I’m not sure what they were expecting. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone made sure our stay was memorable. The hotel has a small but very adequate pool, pool bar and limited sun beds. This didn’t bother us as we had our own spa and and small space for sunbathing. Breakfast is ordered the day before and very simple but filling. Served outside on a bench table facing the Caldera - it’s stunning and hard to put into words. At the top of the stairs ( all 131 of them) is a small supermarket, a takeaway souvlaki and a fish and chips shop and several really good restaurants that are sensibly priced. All but 2 with Caldera and Sunset views. We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone for a truly memorable stay in Santorini. Thanks to Chrissie, the 2 pool boys (breakfast servers and case carriers extraordinaire) and our room cleaners who were always there to help. You made our holiday very memorable I’m also happy to be contacted through TripAdvisor to answer any questions.

Lovely, charming place, perfect location as we were very close to everything. Easy to park rental car (but no guaranteed space) walking to nice places and local busses. Everyone working there were very lovely and helpful. We definitely had a special time. The only thing not so good was breakfast, very nice but basic. Would have loved some bakery bread not plain ordinary toast. Even so, we loved Mill Houses

I was on the island for more than 1 month visiting diffrent hotel. This hotel is just expensive and it's not worth of it. I choose the best room and it was really not great. No privacy (our table on the terrace is open also to othe people that that walk into the structure. The jacuzzi it's a normal one compared to the other hotel is really bad. They also didn't ask to come to bring our laggage. All the other hotel send me a previous emaiol asking if i need a transfer or. This hotel did not. consodering the price i think that it is really bad.

My husband and I just spent five nights here and had a lovely time. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room, and were shown both options to choose what we liked. We ended up in a suite with a spiral staircase to a little cave of a bedroom, which was so much fun! We had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us also. The view was breathtaking and we got to spend time enjoying it while lounging by the pool. Everyone was very helpful in the office, helping us to confirm tours and reschedule one on a day with bad weather, helped to make restaurant reservations, and give directions. In a very good location with easy access to many restaurants. As our room was several flights of stairs down from the street, someone even carried out luggage down to our room and back up to the street when we left. It was a wonderful romantic time on Santorini!

We knew Santorini would be beautiful but we didn’t expect to be spoiled and taken care of to the degree we were. Chrissy and her colleagues were AMAZING!!! No question too silly, no request to big. They all went above and beyond in every way from making us comfortable, helping with transportation. , and giving advice for our fun. The hotel’s view was breathtaking, roomie and comfy, and personal hot tub spectacular. Not enough room to say enough good things! 5 +++++ stars!

Apart from the scenic beauty, like any other hotel in Firostefani, this place has nothing else to offer. Even after a SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION that we are vegans, the hotel's not so intelligent staff served us turkey for breakfast. The hotel is far from the main street. So you have to carry your own luggage from the drop point to the hotel's entrance. Please look for better places as all the hotel's in Firostefani are located next to each other.

Beware this is two stars at a push - stuffed into a back room with a verandah used for hotel storage- broken chairs and dirty walls and floors + in need of substantial upgrade or alternatively they should advertise as 2 star

Hotel shuttle driver didn't show up to meet us at port as promised. Hotel gave us free shuttle to airport as compensation. First room had mold and peeling paint on walls and ceilings. Air conditioner was non functional. Moved to better room. Wi-Fi was down for two plus days. Affected all guests. Breakfast was good. Delivered by friendly, hard working guy. With some serious maintenance this would be a great place.

I stay in a room half craved into the crater wall. Room is ample for a couple. The view from the terrace is fantastic, where you could have breakfast and admire the volcano view at the same time. There’s 2 area where free parking are available. But Fira town centre is not far away, just 10 min walk.
