This hotel is exceptional - not one detail is missed. The staff is so friendly, remembering every detail about your stay, preferences, dietary restrictions, you name it. The rooms are beyond most facilities in Greece, with special lighting features, digital AC, the most comfortable beds and pillows, turn down service with chocolates/sweets left on our bed, espresso machines, water refilled daily, again nothing fell short. The pool is incredible. Everyone stops and looks in awe from the walking path. The breakfast is 10/10, with a la carte options and so much variety. Special shout outs to Eleni and Polyanthi from reception. They are AMAZING and add such value to this place! Katerina was a ray of sunshine during breakfast everyday. Yannis was our evening reception greeter, so kind with additional recommendations. We will be back, solely because of these employees and this stunning facility! My only comment is that we received a bottle of Prosecco from the hotel, however we were not allowed to drink it by the pool. This seems a little silly as it was from the hotel directly, not an outside source, yet we were not allowed to have it outside our room. We met friends that also “gifted us” a bottle of Prosecco and sent it to our room, however we never received it from the hotel staff. Not sure where it ended up! Small inconvenience but worth noting. The manager seemed a little strong (some micromanaging). She is so lucky to have the staff she does! We will be back!!

Amazing hotel, great service and staff. The only complaint was that the private pool is not private and you have to share it with the room next door. It is tiny and quite awkward when the guest next door never leave and you basically cant access the pool.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. The area directly around the hotel is picturesque. There are bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pretty much anything you’d want within a 10 minute walk. Cabs to Oia and Fira can be called by the hotel easily for a fee which is very convenient. Overall an amazing stay.

All the staff here go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. I've never experienced this level of customer service. Also the include breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options. I would recommend this hotel very highly. This area of Santorini is the best to stay in if you like it to be a little more quiet. The view is beautiful and the pool is awesome.

Amazing 5 star accommodation in the beautiful Imerovigli area, away from the hustle and bustle of Oia but conveniently located to visit there. We returned for a second stay. The infinity pool is incredible, overlooking the mystical Caldera as well as postcard white and blue church dome views. It is also a really big size for Santorini where most pools are on the smaller side. As well as yummy breakfast options, the staff (especially Eleni, Polyanna and Katarina) are just so warm and lovely make you feel at home.

We stayed at Aeifos Boutique Hotel in early June and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location with incredible views—exactly what you'd hope for in Santorini. The property is stylish, peaceful, and well-maintained. What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely warm and welcoming, and they made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to MariaNancy, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time—not just in Santorini, but also by offering helpful recommendations for our time in Athens. Her personal attention and kindness made a big difference. While we loved the hotel, it was the staff that made our stay truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend Aeifos to others.

Such a spectacular hotel! Everything from start to end was just amazing. The hospitality was 10/10, the staff is very caring, the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and the breakfast was so delicious. The view from this hotel cannot be matched and you don’t need to travel around Santorini to get a good view when you’re staying here. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was amazingly attentive— from check in to breakfast to everything in between, people were around to help us. We had a semi-private pool, which was really nice, and not visible to pedestrians walking by (unlike other Santorini hotels!). It’s well-located and right on the walking path, so a good choice for anyone who might struggle with hills. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing as well. I would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Wonderful Hotel

Customer service was amazing. Eleni was wonerfully polite. Wait staff was superb. Manager very friendly and addeda special touch of friendliness. Room was great. Smaller than normal jacuzzi on balcony that overflowed when we both sat in it. Great location for a walk to Fira or Oia. Overall wonderfull hotel.

From the beginning till the end it was an amazing experience at the Aeifos Boutique Hotel. The staff was so helpful, very attentive, the hospitality was great. It was super clean. The breakfast is really good. Overall I would recommend this place and we’ll DEFINITELY be going back.

My sister and I stayed 4 nights at the beginning of May. We arrived quite late at night and were greeted by friendly transport scheduled through the hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by George, he was kind and checked us in quickly while providing a full overview of the hotel and our room. Each morning we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and coffee were amazing and made to our liking. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to stay in the busier areas of Oia or Fira. Fira was a beautiful 20min walk away with loads of options for shopping and restaurants. Locally in Imerovigli we enjoyed the restaurants as well although they weren’t open overly late.
