This is a scam

This is a bait and switch scam. The location as described on VRBO is amazing. We started noticing problems within 48 hours of check-in where the host was not communicating check-in instructions. Two hours before check-in, the host contacted us just as we arrived into Santorini Port to let us know that some “pipes burst” in the home. He did not provide any pictures or proof that this happened. He picked us up at the bus station and drove us to a remote location in Akrotiri to stay since he had no other accommodations. We walked by the original place in Vera, and nobody seemed to believe that there was any problems with the original location. We also spoke to people that were staying in the same place in Akrotiri and they were equally moved for various reasons. This is a scam.
