The hotel is situated at a prime location of Fira’s caldera. The view is angled to the main Fira town, offering you the iconic view with a quiet environment. Excellent services too.

Beautiful hotel and view. The staff is very friendly and they make the most out of the experience for you. There are only ten rooms so it’s not over crowded. The best part is they bring your breakfast to your room. You get a caldera view while you eat your hand selected breakfast.

If I could add more stars on each rating, I would. This property has some amazing views with an even more amazing staff. Anything you need from transportation to any tours or interests you would like to book with was so easy with them. It was so nice to work with Anastasia and all staff. She contacted us a week prior in order to make sure all accommodations and needs were met upon our arrival. We will be back. Amazing location to popular clubs and bars.

Spectacular view room with private balcony. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our every need. Daily breakfast was served to order on our balcony from the menu and was delicious. Everything taste great! The room was clean and comfortable in the shower area felt like a spa.

Firstly, I have to say that the staff here took this boutique hotel from 9/10 to 11/10! They make this place what it is! Special shoutout to Anastasia, Joy, Rahman, Kostas, and the guy at the desk in the evening. These people are a LIGHT in this place and they really are the most genuine people in the world! This was my wedding week and I had booked the villa for 4 of us for the space and the views. The views are unmatched! Aside from the best hospitality ever, the breakfasts were delicious! They have a coconut yogurt vegan bowl that I still crave, and their mushrooms are amazing. I’m honestly so impressed by this little hotel. I stayed at another after my wedding and I had to go back to cosmopolitan to tell the staff how much better everything is, from the staff to the food!! The pros far outweigh the cons but I have to give a heads up to anyone looking to stay here. 1) the location is wonderful because all of the shops and restaurants are walkable and still far enough away from the loud music from some of the bars and lively restaurants. It’s close to the cable car so during the day the foot traffic outside of the hotel doors is awful & shoulder-to-shoulder 2) there is no way to drive up to the hotel so you have to walk about 2-3 mins uphill. The staff do meet you and help with your luggage though. 3) they only serve breakfast & lunch. But there are so many restaurants that this isn’t that big of a problem. I would stay here again!

Small luxury hotel that offered gr8 service. Only thing to note: it is not reachable by road and you have to walk on pebble street which is very inconvenient on a hot day with wheeled luggage. Make an arrangement with the hotel to come and fetch you from the meeting point.

The highlight of our trip to Greece overall! The staff was absolutely beyond amazing…every single person that worked there made our visit enjoyable, easy, and seamless! They helped setup everything we wanted to do from a private boat to dinner reservations. My husband even got sick while we were there and they provided us with meds so we wouldn’t have to make a walk to the pharmacy. We had breakfast every morning on our deck - and the amazing staff constantly checked on us and brought us everything and anything we needed. The service was superior to anything I’ve ever experienced and the hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was a bit small - so difficult to have 2 larger roller bags….but the view from our balcony and the hotel itself was amazing! Downside was the line for the cruise ships lined up outside the entry way to the hotel - so that was a bit annoying but being in Santorini you will deal with cruise ship people all over! Thank you to cosmopolitan suites for the stellar service, amazing views, awesome food and warm welcome! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone going to Santorini and this would be the only place we would stay if we ever went back!!

We love everything about the hotel, especially the personal attention we received from Anastasia, Joy and Aranau (as well as other staff). They recommended and booked activities and restaurants that were memorable. The only thing I would recommend, is more umbrellas in the open areas since the sun hits hard in those areas and there is not much shade to seat and enjoy the view unless you are in the pool.
