I was so excited about this stay and the reality was even better than the expectation! Annamarie was BEYOND helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She was a delight in every way. Helpful with local information, made all sorts of great recommendations and coordinated bookings. Checked on us often as to our needs. Highlights included a cooking class that was beyond wonderful! The location is remarkable and absolutely gorgeous. I had pictured lounging on the deck watching the sea and it did not disappoint. The units is clean, well maintained and charming. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you Cleo’s dream, it is my dream too!

Just absolutely stunning

The coolest place we stayed while in Greece. It looks like something out of Star Wars inside but it had every comfort we could wish for. Watching the sun go down from our personal plunge pool was a memory we will keep forever. Anamaria was so nice, helpful, and full of good local info. Do keep in mind, though, that there are A LOT of steps so it might not be a great choice for older visitors but for anyone else definitely try this place!

Even though we’ve to climb up and down some steps, the property manager’s good service (sent text contact every steps) and the view compensated the climb. Suggest people light travel to this island. Only backpack and overnight stuff.

right be the Blue Domes at the bottom. We had a beautiful view of the water. The villa is spacious, and the hot tub was nice and warm. The host was very gracious and accommodating as we were provided many snacks and 2 bottles of water on arrival.

Excellent location, nice villa and the host was really nice! She always tried to help me in everything. I had got transfer service by other company which canceled me at last minute and I called her at midnight very worried because I was traveling with my kid and mother and we wouldn’t have any transportation waiting for us and she was very sweet and happy to help me and right away confirm a car for us. I can not recommend this place more. It’s an absolute paradise! There are so many thoughtful, generous touches, we do not want to leave. The team managing the property is so sweet, and everything from the one of a kind location, to the toiletries to the comfy beds and stunning bathroom, it is all just spectacular. And the hot tub overlooking the ocean. If you are looking at photos and thinking it can not possibly be this pretty in real life, you are right, it’s BETTER!

Everything about this place was amazing if you are ready to go up and down those stairs. we traveled with our toddler and it was really nice that she had her own room, which was very comfortable also. They helped us carrying our luggage up and down. They were very attentive and always prepared to help. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that you won't be able to see the sunset from this side of the island but it's also the least wind you get so it's a win really.

The property is a beautiful villa in Oia. The only cons during our stay was the WiFi didn’t work after the first day of our stay and the hot water would not be sufficient after one person showered. We let the Manager know but nothing was resolved.

Truly a dream

I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Santorini. The view was to die for and the villa was so pretty. We barely wanted to stay at our night because we were so anxious to get back to our hot tub and enjoy the villa. The service was also wonderful. We’d definitely stay here again

good villa but check in process needs to improve

The villa was clean. complimentary snacks and wine. Good views. The Manager was helpful. The check in process was a problem. Eventhough the Manager had sent an email enquiring about our arrival and meeting at the post office, his email came via hotels.com. I replied to hotels.com missing the fine print that I needed to send the reply to the Property Manager instead. This led to a major miscommunication wherein there was no one to pick us up. I tried calling the phone number from my booking but this number had reportedly been changed. I lost 2 hours in the process. I have the following suggestions: 1.The hotel website AND hotels.com should boldly state on their website that there is no address to properties in Santorini and that the customer should liaise with the Property Manager before arrival. 2. Any communication from the property should occur at least a week before the date of check in. This communication should highlight that the customer may not be able to find the property without prior scheduled meeting at the Post office. 3. Contact number of the Property Manager should be included in the email communications from the property 4. hotels.com should not be the medium of communication between the customer and the property Manager after the booking is done. There should be direct communication between the property and the customer.
