Excellent property. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water for a couple days so showering was difficult. Don’t take the “cave” concept lightly, you really are in a cave with only a small skylight and the front door for natural light. And therefore there is no views from your room. Our cell phones only worked near the entrance door but not at our bed. However there was free wifi that worked well. Rooms are spacious and ours had a kitchenette but no microwave.

My family loved this resort. The only two issues we had was the roof top hot tub on our unit was not working. This was one of the highlights we were looking forward to. Secondly, my daughter had bought a bracelet and it came up missing. There was cleaning service and I had mentioned it to management but they assured me it couldn’t have been them. So who knows but these were the only two complaints we’d had. Loved it besides that.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel. We tried calling for over an hour to reception but no answer. Once we managed to find it the man at reception said we had the wrong number when we showed him the number we were calling. We then took a business card and it was the exact same number. We had requested the honeymoon suite with a hot tub. The tub was dirty as it had rained and the rain is a dust rain so that couldn’t be helped. The tub was cold so you would not use it even if it was clean. Once we got to our room it had a very strong musty smell. We asked if we could be moved and they accommodated us. The women was very good. Once we were moved the new room was very lovely.

The hotel is located 10 mins from the main square in Fira. The property itself looks very modern and is very tidy, with a cleaning service every morning in your room and cleaners around the hotel throughout the day. The staff are very helpful and will tailor to your needs in Santorini, whether you need an activity booked, a taxi or just advice! We received a free upgrade to a room with a hot tub and a patio, which made our experience 10x better. There is an abundance of loungers by the pool if you just want to relax in the sun, which I highly recommend! Overall the property was amazing and I would definitely stay again

The property didn’t disappoint. Everything as seen online. The property was secured with modern facilities. We were really impressed about Salome’s professionalism. She waited at the reception to receive us despite arriving late at night. She furnished us with all the information needed. She went all out to make sure we get anything we needed.
