Private pool and the beach just 5km away

Comfortable apartment with swimming pool in the garden. At about 5 km are the beach, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, etc. At the same time in an ideal place in moments of rest because the area is quiet and safe. Electricity sometimes goes out for maintenance or due to heavy rain and wind, but we have an inverter with backup batteries. When the inverter is being used, neither the water heater nor the air conditioners can be used, but the fans can.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.
