Spacious, nice location but it is not an hotel, is an aprt-hotel where nobody speaks english. Breakfast is a basket delvered to the room, very poor options and because of a misunderstanding I had no bteakfast one day.
Discovered via a last minute effort to find a room, the apartment (double) was a nice surprise. While the building and set-up might be a bit off-turning, the actual apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Having a small kitchen is quite practical, while not used this time. Overall, a little worn, but just find and bed was very comfortable. Despite complaints in previous reviews, Wifi was ok and sufficient. Breakfast was ready in the fridge ... different but good and sufficient. ... just don't have the juice so sweet and use unfrosted cornflakes for the yogurt. ... would recommend this economic, yet comfortable place to stay.
the location was great for access to restaurants and bars locally and also for cabs and buses. Room as spacious and clean with a nice view of the mountains and a small balcony. Price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
I stayed here several times and like it but my current experience is poor. No hangers for shirts, no bottled water to fill the kettle, wifi is weak and for a self contained apartment with gas cooker why is there no way to ignite the cooker. I arrived after the shops closed and only realised there were no matches or lighter at 6:30am when i wanted a cup of coffee. The pre delivered breakfast pack has only one nescafe satchel, 1! A real disappointment.
The problems started as soon as I arrived. The company that made the reservation and made the payment, is located in the USA. Reason why they are not charged iVA. However, when I realize that I am Chilean, I am forced to pay the tax. Incredibly they do not give me invoice, but only the voucher of the card. Later I go to the room. The cigar smell is unbearable. Heinous and poorly ventilated. There is no iron or any form of clothing, except to go to an external supplier who does not attend the weekends. The truth is that it is cheap, but it still lacks much to improve.
I have stayed here many times. The staff is wonderful, very willing to help. Priscila, Gustavo, Jocelyn, Braulio, etc. do a great job with all guest. My experience this past week with the facilities were not the best, nothing to do with the service, just with the people in the building. Many "working", males dressed as females (clearly prostitutes), staying in the same building where the hotel is located. Some floors have flats for rent (not RQ), unfortunately some of the RQs rooms are on these floors. The management both free m RQ and the building, MUST control access to the flats by requiring ID or other things. If not, this wonderful place will be ruined.
Like I mentioned previously, great location close to fast foods and sit down restaurants, convenient store and a local mall. Walking distant to a nearest Hop On , Hop Off bus station for the city tour. Highly recommended!!
Excellent location in very safe neighborhood of Providencia . You have McDonald , Poppy's and other great restaurants also small mall just at the corner with money exchange service inside the mall . There is good security on site also very safe area on days and nights . Sky Coastanera and mall is about 13 minutes walking distance only ! The subway is only 6 minutes walking distance and you can choose line 1 to go to downtown Santiago ! . Polite and helpful staff ,excellent cleaning service everyday and simple breakfast is served in a basket the night before for the next morning . I stayed in late Jan , 2017 and I highly recommend this place
This hotel is well located. The breakfast is bad, Chileans put extra sugar to everything, no wonder that they have one of the highest levels of diabetes. If you are a foreigner, you are exempted from the tax, which is 50 euros or more; expensive for the service they provide. They do not have proper internet, the rooms have a miserable connection, really bad. Pay them cash is better, you may expect surprises in your credit card, I booked a single room and they made me for a double one with breakfast for two!
I loved the location of this Hotel, you have all things near. Metro, Shoppings, Night places. It´s great to reach walking from anywhere. The accomodations ar good, it´s cozy and very well runned. Your receive the breakfast in the room. May be is not the continental breakfast that you expect, but it worst it. As it is an apart hotel, the rooms have all dishes, fridge, stove, toaster, and some cookware to make your own meal. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel, one calls Lider and the other Santa Isabel. As I said early you are close to 2 Metro stations, Los Leones and Pedro de Valdivia. Also you can have a ride on Telepheric and have a high visual of Santiago on the San Cristobal Hill. The other great view of the city is at the 61th floor of Costanera Center Tower
