What a great stay, in this marvelous hotel. The staff is very nice and helpfull especially Miss Valeska at the restaurant, she is so Nice . I wish i ll come back soon and stay à little beat longer.😄😄😄

We are just finishing our 5th night at the hotel. Agree with reception staff being not as efficient as the should be. However, the rooms were comfortable and a good size and clean. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and decent dinners. Our dining room experience was made exceptional by Natalia who waited on us and was delightful. Kudos to her for her bubbly personality and care of her customers.

We stayed two nights with our group in a commercial district, Hotel Atton Las Condes. The bathroom was clean and smelled clean but there was a musty smell in the room. We told the cleaning lady and she adjusted the AC but it didn’t help. We should ask for another room but didnt.... The breakfast items were delicious.

I stayed here over Christmas a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it! I did a really dumb thing leaving the airport getting into an unmarked cab and was pretty scared about making it to the hotel. Up arriving (phew!) I went straight in to the counter and asked how much a cab should cost from the airport- the driver was trying to charge me about 3 times that amount, so I handed the correct amount of money to the gentleman at the desk and he actually went out and handled the situation for me. That is EXCELLENT service! Upon check-in I received a voucher for a Pisco Sour from the bar and man oh man was that delicious! The room was very comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful when planning side trips (definitely go to Pablo Neruda's house) especially since it was a holiday and not all attractions were available. Breakfast was fantastic- a true breakfast accommodating many types of dishes for travelers from around the world.

We stayed at the hotel over New Year. The rooms are ok and the hotel in general is alright, except for the reception desk, it seems as if no one ever trained them to do their job. On New year´s eve we decided to order room service before heading to a party, and to our surprise the response was that there was NO room service available. Of course we had the vast room service menu in front of us and had already decided what we were going to order. We were so shocked about this and about the fact that they haven't even warned the hotel guests about cancelling their room service, something that I find utterly ridiculous, how can a hotel cancel the room service, hotels are supposed to offer service 365 days a year, regardless of the date, there is no such thing as holidays and no service. We were very upset and decided to go downstairs to the front desk and require food to be served, the male receptionist at the time was extremely rude and kept repeating that he could not do anything at all, and that he could give us only one option to eat. Now, I find it outrageous that at a hotel the receptionist does not try and find a solution and instead says he can't do anything. After 5 minutes of a non productive exchange with the receptionist we asked to speak to the manager. In this case the Food and Beverage manager came, and kindly apologised for not having room service, saying that the staff was working on the NYE hotel dinner, something which doesn't justify the missing room service. He then asked what we wanted to have and had it sent to our room. I honestly was very disappointed as I don't think one should have to work so hard to get a basic service supposed to be at any hotel at any given time.

Although I don’t know the number of stars this hotel is ranked but for us it was definitely FIVE — location, quality of room, shower, quality of linen and amenities, courteous and efficient staff, breakfast and so on. Definitely recommended!

Nice hotel in good area. Nice rooms and for us who appreciate egg and bacon in the morning nowadays not many hotels uses real eggs...nor understands crispy bacon. Atton do that! Rooms are well sized and the wifi allows use for modern meetings online.

I was in town for a wedding, and this place had incredible reviews. The rooms were comfortable, affordable, and clean. I dont speak spanish, but that wasnt a problem here, as their general manager, Amada, was able to speak English. Ill definitely stay here next time in town.

All of the team members are very friendly, nice, we can feel the professional quanlity from their service, we can fell the customer culture from their smile. They can communicate in English, it's very convenient and important for english-spoken customer. I'm very glad to meet them and have this happy travel in Chile. Thank you very much, Attoners.

I am from Chile and I travel all over the world. Yet the hotel staff in Chile seem to forget to take a courtesy class in their Hotel Management course. I arrived today to what is usually a safe bet hotel. Clean, safe and comfortable. I made a King size bedroom reservation. I actually changed my mind and requested a double. The answer? That was the reservation anyway. As I explain it was not, I get grilled by the duty manager that the hotel is full and that it is impossible I had another type of reservation. I show them the print out which he refuses to look at. I then get told that if I want a different room I must go to the reception early and hope for a better room. I also get the warning that if I need them to change my stuff from one room to another I must make sure it is all packed or it will be left behind and lost! Well, all I have to say is I am a Platinum member in Marriott that gave this Hotel a chance to get my business. My mistake I guess. If Atton reads this I recommend you better train your staff. I miss the days when the Bunger family owned it and hope you can live up to your expansion overseas as it requires significant improvements in terms of service. Bad start.
