Perfectly located. All staff very friendly and ultra helpful. Lovely top floor restaurant with views over park. Great evening meals,very reasonably priced. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The area itself is not good. Very old hotel in dire need of an update (avocado green wallpaper), the bar less than a block away and traffic from the street were very noisy. WiFi is inconsistent. Whole area felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless people nearby.
