"there wasn't any hot water. had to take an uncomfortable cold shower that morning. I was awakened by a hotel alarm that went off at 2:04 am. No one was at front desk in the am. rang bell but no response, hotel management left a note at front desk "if checking out just leave card key" I stay here every time I come to RGV and have never had any problems. Maybe it's "under new management""
