When we arrived at our room we found the toilet not working and when we addressed it to the front desk they said they would go take a look at it but immediately decided to change our room so we didn’t have to wait. I loved their attention to the problem with a fast response. The room was super clean and they serviced my room as requested from the duration of my stay. I was overall happy and will return for future stays.

No one is ever at the front desk. They are always on the back watching tv and you have to wait for someone.
Check in was nothing great but ok. Property is typical Hampton which is very satisfying. Breakfast as usual very good. Pool was great check out outstanding.
Service was disorganized rooms weren’t ready and once a room was given it was dirty including all of last tenants trash and wet towels. They said it was a mistake and quickly moved us to a better room which was good for remainder of stay. My parents also had a room and had to beg for another as well as the room next to theirs was being worked on with door open and debris everywhere with lots of loud noise
Convenient location and clean property.
The location is great and accessible. The room is clean nice and spacious as well. There's not much selection in the breakfast but acceptable. Easy freeway access and can also be a walking distance to groceries and quick dining places. Out of 1-10, I can say it's 8 or 9.

We had 2 rooms for a one week stay while we were visiting in Harlingen. The staff was friendly and helpful, the full breakfast was great (pre-made omelets, waffles, etc). The hotel is aging and needs updates (the beds were extremely firm) but a good stay. We'll stay here again

I did not appreciate the false advertising within the hotel: ‘Hot Coffee and Hot Water’ ‘Hot Breakfast’!! There wasn’t any decaf coffee, and I don’t consider hot oatmeal as a Hot Breakfast! Everyone I spoke with, were as upset / disappointed/ felt cheated by the false advertising! If you are not serving a hot breakfast, lower your prices! Restaurants serve hot breakfast, why not hotels?!!
No real problems. I appreciated having a constant fan in this room to provide some white noise. It seems that not all rooms in this hotel have this option.
The train passed by blowing the its horn 3-4 times that night. If you are a heavy sleeper that is okay. I am a light sleeper, I woke up each time. Not their fault, but I feel I should note.
