Hice una reservacion por 2 habitaciones y solo aparecio una en el hotel y tuve que pagar otra, quedaron en hacerme el reembolso del pago pero mientras yo tuve que cubrir de nuevo el gasto, mermndo mis gastos con todo y proteccion de la reservacion que tambien pague .... pesimo servicio!

Todo estuvo bien hasta que utilicé la bañera, ésta estaba muy resbalosa y al querer salir de la misma, me resbalé y me caí. Traten de resolver esa situación.
