I enjoyed my stay here. Well worth the money but for some reason for I needed an extra blanket, none were available even though everytime I passed the laundry room something was washing. I couldn't even exchange the room from a king to two queens. I guess it was a busy weekend. It's a good place to stay for the money and a quiet nice area, but make sure you have everything you need before checking in!

The price you pay you get a very spacious suite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

relaxing place, friendly staff, location was central--

Comfortable beds, good location, friendly staff, clean, and excellent breakfast

If you have kids, that want to be able to use the free Wifi then you might want to request a room on the first floor. We were on the 3rd floor and the WiFi was hit or miss. They reset the router twice and still connection was sparse. The entry into the hotel had an unusual odor. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Our room had a frig so that was nice. Pool is actually smaller than how it looks on their website. Beds were fairly comfortable. For the price we would probably stay here again.

I took my family to Harlingen for vacation this year. We stayed a week in August. It was a great location to go to the Glady's Porter Zoo in Brownsville, Outlet Mall in Mercedez, and of course the main attraction, South Padre Island. The staff, room and comfort of Best Western was Awesome! I was a little uncomfortable booking the room because it was my first time to stay at Best Western, but was I completely blown away when I walked in the room. I normally stay at the Double Tree or Hilton Garden Inn and Suites for business and I would compare this Best Western with such class. Thank you Best Western Casa Villa Suites for such care of my family this week! I will be booking my next vacations with you guys! Oh and on a side note...the beds were AWESOME!

It's not the lap of luxury but for the price, it's one of the best I've seen. My room was very clean and comfortable. I slept comfortably! What more do you need in a hotel?! I have stayed here before and actually think it got better since the last time. Keep up the good work!

Very good place very clean and people very friendly. Had everything working and staff very helpful and friendly.Other places i have stayed in charged for extra's and not smell nice. This looked very new and had more than expected from laundry and exercise room.

Felt very comfortable, and had a relaxing stay. Perfect for a weekend trip.

Have used this hotel many times for business. Thr rooms are very large and comfortable. Very clean and my room and great extras like a seperate sink, large fridge and work area. Connecting to wifi on my mobile was no problem. The breakfast was continental. There was some interference on some tv channels and the back exit I normally use to get to Ed Hardy Dr. was closed (the hotel is on an access road) but these are minor compared to the quality and value.

Overall I had a pretty good experience at the hotel in HArlingen. I've always read reviews that the staff can be a bit rude, but they were rather kind and helpful with me. I do recommend this!

Great location. Nice amenities for the price. Will stay here again.

It was fine, no remote in the room but other than that, nothing to complain about.

Wow! For $70 I have not stayed in a nicer hotel. Very clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. I will definitely make this my first hotel choice next time im in Harlingen. _

Decent hotel

Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. A friendly and attentive staff...add a good night's sleep and what more could you expect. This was my second stay and I'll definitely be back. I won't say it's perfect...the bed is slightly springy but nothing I couldn't overlok at the low price. I've definitely paid more elsewhere and gotten less.

I KNOW WE WERE IN THE DESERT BUT THE ROACHES WERE AT LEAST 2 1/2INCH AND BUGS IN THE SHEETS AND BLANKETS WE REALLY DINT GET SLEEP BECAUSE OF THIS NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM! I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN BUT FIX THE BUG PROBLEM

I had three connections to get to Harlingen from south Ga. My son and I had been up since 4:30 am. When we got to the hotel at 1:00 pm, we were told that the rooms weren't ready. We were tired, dirty and needed showers. I told the desk this in a very humble way. Another desk person chimed in with a snooty response that check out is 12 pm and the maids don't get started until then. I have stayed at other hotels, Homewood Suites in particular and their service was heads above the attitude I experienced at this hotel. Plus, they give you microwaves but no cups that are microwaveable for morning tea or coffee. They won't see me anymore.

Complimentary breakfast was superior. Well stocked and wide selection. Request for extra pillows and towels was responded to in 15 minutes.

Didn't realize that Best Western to loner offered some condaments, i.e. hair conditioner, body lotion, so didn't bring our own. Not a big problem. Overall, a very nice visit.
