Modernized with a careful nod to its place in Sant Fe history, with traditional adobe walls and a diamond plaster finish, dark Saltillo floors, and handmade tiles in the kitchen and baths. Art and furnishings in the home were curated to reflect the golden age of the Santa Fe art scene.



The home is nestled in an established, highly desirable neighborhood, and the two-bedroom main house is complemented by a private casita, perfect for parties who prefer separate spaces. Surrounded by lush landscaping, a backyard water feature, and gated spaces, this private oasis offers a tranquil retreat close to Canyon Road and all that Santa Fe has to offer.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

Our family of 5 spent the week of Christmas at this lovely property. It is such a charming, clean, and well-done house. We all love where the house is located-the Historic Eastside. The area is beautiful and unique. The Canyon Road farolito walk on Christmas Eve was a highlight. We had planned on skiing, but it was so warm that we hiked instead. The beautiful Dale Ball trail network is close by. This house is a great place to stay and experience all that Santa Fe has to offer.
