Sweet little Santa Fe spot

We LOVED this little casita. It is small--there were three adults, and with another person it would have been a tight fit in the main room. But it has super cute decorations, very clean, and had all of the little touches that you want in a vacation rental. It had ample dedicated parking and two private/locked/fenced yards (unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy them!). In a normal, everyday, quiet, and dark Santa Fe neighborhood. We truly had such a lovely stay and I would rent again if the opportunity presents itself. The only minor inconvenience was that it's managed by a property mgmt company, which required an extensive contract and some additional steps after booking through the VRBO site. But overall, we all recommend this cozy and well-appointed space!

Cute, cozy little getaway

The Crescent Moon Casita is such a cozy and refreshing little spot. Beautifully decorated and with ample space for up to four people. We loved the cute and thoughtful details and nooks throughout the small home. It was spotlessly clean! The two full baths and two large soaking tubs were wonderful, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! Just a heads up that the neighborhood and location was not quite what we expected, especially arriving at night, but once we found the casita, tucked down a small road, we were very pleasantly surprised and felt quite safe with the locked gate and wall and all. It was pouring rain much of our stay, but otherwise we would have enjoyed the plentiful outdoor furniture, as the outdoor spaces were also very nice. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Adorable Casita

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable casita. It was cute, clean, comfortable and cozy! We especially loved coffee at the fire pit in the beautifully landscaped gated courtyard every morning!

Nice little casita

Casita was a nice place to stay when you're bringing a pet along. Kitchen was well stocked. Liked the floor plan, two bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice private fenced in courtyard and backyard for your pet.

Cute Santa Fe Retreat

This little cottage was so cute and comfortable! There were 2 big outside areas so you could enjoy both morning and evening. Our dogs loved the house too :)

Nice get away for Spring break

The house was nice and accessible, but the gravel in the parking area is not. More pavers to help the wheels get from the vehicle to the gate are needed. Hopefully that can be done before we go that way again.

Great spot, very comfy, perfect for our getaway

We really enjoyed the space. A very well-kept and modern casita. Two bedrooms with a common living area and kitchen worked out perfectly for our family of 4. Most major activies/events/attractions were within a few minutes drive of the location. Santa Fe square, Meow Wolf, Railyard, numerous restaurants and galleries within a short drive. The checkin process was very very smooth. We arrived into Santa Fe late and could easily access the property with a digital code. Instructions for arrival and departure were quite clear and easy to follow. Definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for Santa Fe Christmas

We stayed at this adorable property with 4 adults and 2 dogs. The living space and yard were perfect. The location had great dog walks along the river and was close to the downtown plaza for events. The amenities (TVs with satellite, kitchen with dishes and cooking supplies, and bathrooms with hotel grade towels and soaps) were lovely. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

Cute home

Overall our stay was good. The property management company was exceptional. The tubs are deep with no grab bars, so difficult for us old people to get in and out. The spare room is very small and the bed is not the best. Walking between the bed and wall to get into bed, i stubbed my toe and broke it. Just be aware of tight quarters. We left early cause the spare bed mattress collapsed on the frame and we didn’t have the strength to fix it. When I called the management company and told them we have decided to leave early, they voluntarily offered a refund for 2 nights. That was unexpected but very appreciated. Very cute house with great neighbors. Convenient location.

Summer vacation

We enjoyed our stay which included our small dog. The enclosed yards were great for the dog and privacy. The house was clean and had a lot of necessities with a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. We ate outside some which was very nice in the evenings. Thank you for such a nice place.

Fun & quirky property, GREAT location!

My husband, son and I came to Santa Fe for Mother's day weekend. We stayed at the property 3 nights. It is so thoughtfully equipped with everything you will need, and location could not be better! Just minutes from everything, the rail yard, groceries, parks, restaurants, etc. We did have some issues communicating with the property management company. My message I sent was never answered about an early check-in, and my husband called about a late check-out. They didn't answer phones until after 9AM, and then he was promptly told we could not have a late check out and hung up on. Overall - amazing property. We loved the patios and privacy it provided. We would stay here again, wish we could deal with the homeowners directly.

Management needs to update its instructions

The house was fine. I felt relatively safe. However, management needs to give exact instructions for checkin and give better details locating the house. Additionally, Wi-Fi password was incorrect as well as trash collection. A few basic amenities were missing; no screens on the doors to prevent flies and insects from entering; there were several objects blocking access to the windows which made cleaning and dusting difficult (if you’re a long term renter). And given that the rental is pet friendly, it would be very helpful if management provided a scooper. The location is not in Santa Fe proper, so it’s truly car dependent. In all honesty, I was relieved to check out and hope I will never have to stay in a kokopelli property again.

Super cute rental! Very clean & comfortable! They’ve done a nice job with this place. Wish it were a little closer to the square but overall a good location. Had a mix up on trash pickup day. The info we were given listed the wrong day but a helpful neighbor gave us needed info. We enjoyed this place & would definitely stay again!

Great location for Indian market

Property is well situated for Indian market and walking distance to much there is to enjoy in Santa Fe. Home is as described and worked well for the two of us and plenty of room if we had more people with us in the future.

A week in Santa Fe

The property is in great condition! If someone were to complain, it might be because the driveway is gravel and somewhat difficult to manage on a two wheel vehicle. Fortunately, we used ride services just in case we might want to have alcoholic drinks. The instructions on putting out the trash were not accurate, as the trash pick up was on Monday. We would definitely stay at this property again!! Very comforable!

perfect for two couples or two friends

The layout was perfect. The place was very clean upon arrival. Everything was within a 15 min drive. After some glitches with the kitchen the Kokopelli office responded to assist us. I would stay again for sure.
