Staff are so nice, no charge for parking! And the gym gives you a warm feeling

Not a cookie cutter experience. Very close to so many restaurants etc. nice seating outside.

Great stay. Great price. Excellent service and staff.

Parking is $19/day extra so make sure you factor that in. Coffee maker in room did not work properly.

The room had big doors for the bathroom and dresser that blocked movement. The shower took a little maneuvering to get in and out of if you aren't able to stand unaided. Other than that, it's a nice cozy hotel with wood burning fireplace in lobby and helpful concierge.

Excellent, but the restaurant could be a lot better.

Right downtown, two blocks to the Plaza. Pool and hot tub area (with fireplace) were uncrowded, clean and oh-so-wonderful. STaff could not have been nicer, parking easy (but pricey), breakfast buffet very, very good (again, pricey), loved the room. Five stars from us!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Do wish there is bath tub in the room.

Bed was a bit hard and pillows were not adequate, too flat. Otherwise location, sites and restaurants were all close by. Also area felt very safe.

This hotel was perfect. Great location, friendly staff and nice rooms. We did have problems with cell service on the lower level but it was manageable.

What one expects from Hilton. All aspects great. Location perfect - across the street from market.

Check in and Front Desk staff were very helpful and efficient. Rooms and furnishings were all in very good condition. The Pool was large enough to truly swim laps and because it was in a courtyard was a peaceful area to sit. Maid service was timely and thorough. The location was great. Just a couple of blocks from all the great shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the cost of parking.

Very beautiful setting and everything was within walking distance. Overall great experience.

can walk to and from anywhere in santa fe from the hilton. great bed, great pool and hot tub and wonderful to sit poolside by the fireplace

The location was prime for walking but the hotel staff needs some extra training. Check in took 45 minutes,as there was only one person at the front desk, with many folks waiting. The daily newspaper was only delivered one day out of five, but overall I would say it was an average hotel.

Plus: Location, lots of pillows, very helpful front desk staff [...], Pinon Restaurant breakfast waitress [...] was awesome, quiet room - no noise from other rooms or outsideDisappointing: No fridge or microwave, $15 per day parking while staying at the hotel!

Rafting down the Rio Grande

This was our first time staying at the Hilton near the Plaza. We've been going to Santa Fe a few times a year for the past 6 years. Typically staying at a different place each time. This was a large, clean, nice hotel with an excellent location. Having the restuarant in the hotel is nice and would be great for families. However, when we go this summer, we'll choose another location that shows off a little more of the New Mexican heritage in it's decor, a complimentary breakfast and not a chain hotel for just a few dollars more.

Visited Santa Fe on vacation. This was the best hotel on my trip.
