Great hotel!!!! Ernesto, the gentleman who checked us in when we got there, was so pleasant and helpful. Recommend a few places we can check out while we stayed in Santa Fe, and he even gave us the a little insight to the hotels history. Thank you for the great energy!

Good location. Nice Room. Loud mechanical system noises, including heating/ac, plumbing and elevators. Walls paper thin. Noises from hallway and rooms next door very annoying. And the guests near us were acting normally, speaking normally, not shouting and not misbehaving.

large room walkin shower and comfortable bed light in room`

I made my reservation the evening of Aug 18 for the nights of 08/20-checkout on 08/23. Immediately after the reservation was made we had a medical emergency that required us to cancel the resevation. Called the hotel, never got thru to their desk. Called national 800 #, on hold forever and never got thru. Called hotel the next morning at 8 dallas time, transferred to reservations, left voice ail as no one was there yet (7:00 their time). Called at 9 our time, got thru, cancelled and was told they had a 48 hour prior to checkin time to cancel and I'd be charged a nights stay. No where on Orbitz site or Hilton's site was.there a notice of a 48 hour cancellation policy. I will be protesting this 1 night charge with my Credit card company.

Super friendly staff, very close to all the stores and restaurants in town. Only downside was the walls are very thin and you can easily hear your neighbors.

Location was excellent. Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. Walls were thin so any hallway activity was very loud and amenities could have been a bit better. We had to ask for robes and extra sugar, tea and coffee but this was minor. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The gym was a little small, but otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

The pool and fireplace area are fabulous! The room was spacious as was the bathroom.

The staff was very nice and accommodating! However this hotel did not feel up to Hilton standards. We could hear everything happening in the halls and room next to us even if someone sneezed. It also seemed as if every flushing toilet in the entire hotel we could hear and pipes ran next to our room making it very gross and tough to sleep all night with flushing toilet sounds. Lastly, it sounded like our toilet was running all day and night, come to find out that was the sound of the hvac system.

gr eat locatio0n, needed a toothbrush, and did not charge me for one.

Nice Hotel but room had no view even though it was supposed to be a premium room. The heat didn’t work and there was mildew in the grout in the bathroom

Nice hotel close to downtown and lot of great things to do in walking distance.

Nice hotel very close to Main Street. A bit loud in the morning. Overall very comfortable.

Very nice room and friendly staff. Business friendly.

The good about this hotel is the location, clean rooms, roomy showers with good water flow and friendly/helpful staff. The average things are the small lobby area and rooms. The below average things were the lack of a night life in the bar area...but not unusual for a hotel.

Staff are so nice, no charge for parking! And the gym gives you a warm feeling

Not a cookie cutter experience. Very close to so many restaurants etc. nice seating outside.
