Central location but the breakfast served ran out of milk and scrambled eggs. It was the Presidents weekend so extra food should have been expected. One elevator was not working. There was a big hole in our bathroom door. Outdoor hottub didnt even have water in it. Seems like the maintenance of this place is poor and takes forever to fix. The keys to get into the hotel building was not working properly. But you get what you pay for. The staff working in the breaksfast room was very friendly.

Stayed for a night on our way to Santa Barbara. Customer service was great. We had no issues with our room minus the toilet making a loud whistling noise when flushed but it was ok. Room gets cold in the evening. The free breakfast is a plus and well appreciated especially when you have little kids.

The attendant tried to tell me she couldn't rent me a room because i lived within 25 miles. She was trying to make me get a refund, but i had paid in full with a hotel.com gift card. She was sort of forced to let us stay at that point. I thought that was really rude.

Really did like the hotel, however, Motel 6 was right next door amd I saw all kinds of stuff going on over there in the parking lot. It was a bit uncomfortable, but no one bothered me. I was fine.

The hotel is centrally located to major shopping and quick eats in a small town. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown and other restaurants. There were not many bookings while we were there so the rooms beside us were empty leaving us with a quiet space.

Would stay here again

Check in was easy. We were assigned our room and around 1am my husband and I woke up because the room felt uncomfortably hot. The AC was broken and we asked for a fan to help freshen up the room a bit but there were non available, however, the front desk offered to move us to a different room which we accepted. That room was more comfortable and had a working AC. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. They had a nice variety of options (waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, muffins, bagels, yogurt). Very decent place to stay at.
