The staff did not even respond to 2 requests I made. i asked if there was some kind of mattress topper or something that would soften up the hard mattress. No response. I asked that the power sprayer stop after about an hour of noise one afternoon. No response. There were dogs in the hotel with their guests and on the lobby furniture and I could smell them on the sofa and chair in our suite. This is a real turn-off! They couldn't be bothered to serve coffee with the purchased breakfasts in a real coffee cup. You had to serve yourself at the bar for coffee and only paper cups. I don't think we will return here. It was disappointing.

Ari is a great manager! The on site restaurant called Valle is amazing! Great food, all the locals go there. Easy to see why. This would be our go to spot if we ever come back to Lompoc.
