Equipped with 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms (4 kings / 1 Queen) on the South Side of Lompoc. Open spaces & high ceilings with updated modern amenities while keeping the rustic feel & original touches, which exude an old world charm.

Tinning house was built in 1893 by Miss Jesse Talfore, a local school teacher in Lompoc. Floors are original 130 year old Douglas Fir have been refinished & sealed.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Loved this house...so much space! Beautiful new kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable. Gorgeous master bedroom and bathroom. Was central location to all our destinations (Solvang, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara). Lots of eating places nearby and even within walking distance.

Fun stay/great old house with tons of character!

Our stay was great. I loved the character of this home and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Very spacious and located walking distance to downtown area
