Good for an overnight stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast was very nice. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The hotel is clean but a bit old and worn. Time for new carpet!

The staff are great at this hotel but the overall conditions are poor. The jacuzzi was dirty and the jets are way off. The pool had alot of algae on the sides. The breakfast was great tho they ran out of avocado. The bar was hopping and the free drink and free ice cream are great. The carpet in the room seemed dirty and the bed is rather hard. The showerhead/jet was strong but the faucet was broken. The tv remote also didn't work....

Okay stay, GREAT STAFF!

AC system was weak, and be careful where you put your room keys because the deactivate pretty easily when theyre around your phone or other cards. We had to go to the front desk a few times to get this resolved. But overall, the stay was good. And huge shoutout to the awesome staff at the Bistro! Whether it was for breakfast, or a late night drink, they're staff has been amazing!!! I definitely am coming bacm because of this!

Noisy refrigerator!

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay and the great perks they offer, free made to order breakfast, free drinks at the bar, full size refrigerator in every room and very friendly service. This stay, however, was difficult because of the loud and continuous noise of the refrigerator in our room! Very hard to sleep!

Cleanliness was good, room was tired with a recliner that had a rip in it. Bistro for dinner and free drinks was good although very few people were there. Free cooked to order breakfast and breakfast service very good. Parking lot needs cleaning of all the pebbles and parking lot should be sealed.

There is a bistro which serves a complementary breakfast, and dinner (not complementary). The food is decent, but they are understaffed and service was slow for every meal. The wait staff was doing the best they could, running their legs off, but the hang-up seems to be in the kitchen, where there is only one cook. I don’t know if the kitchen could accommodate a second cook, but it would help if it could.

Place was lovely, staff was nice, pool and hot tub was a welcome treat after a days fun at the nearby flower festival. Breakfast was delicious as well.

I really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very accomodating. They give us two complimentary drinks, which was asesome. Missed diner, but it was ok. The restaurant closes at 9:00pm. I enjoyed my time at the bar with my brother. We played some pool and foozball. The feel is very pleasant. I',, be staing there often because Ijust go hired near there.

Cute at first. Disappointing overall. Not again.

The stay started off well enough with an easy check-in. My kids and I went to the spa immediately, but the water was low and the water was cloudy and dirty. I was uncomfortable sitting in it. When we went to get our free breakfast at the restaurant we were left waiting for long minutes at our table for our order to be taken, and then waited an excessively long time after we received our drinks for the food itself. While we waited, we got up to play foosball, and three waitresses all separately tried to clear our table while we were away from it. (The restaurant was NOT crowded. They could clearly see us playing Foosball!) One server took our silverware! When our food finally came it was bland, stale (reheated?), and the pancakes were chewy. My kids didn't eat the pancakes, I barely ate any of my own food. I refused to take my kids back the next day, and instead spent $60 on a fantastic breakfast at American Hospitality. The room itself is comfortable but needs minor maintenance. I told the manager that carpet nails at the bathroom door poked both my and my son's feet. Lastly the room was not cleaned despite my specific request for housekeeping that morning, and then again in the afternoon. I ended up just going to the front desk to get new towels that evening. I made my complaint to the manager/owner and he offered apologies but no compensation. He was nice, but... I will not be staying here again.
