Immaculately renovated downstairs 1 bedroom suite in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.
This 455 sqft 1-bedroom unit contains a queen bed in the bedroom with a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. The private bath with a tub opens to an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room contains a Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa that sleeps two guests on a comfortable queen mattress, a small dining table as well as a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system. The full kitchen contains a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.
Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):
Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

We loved this place! It was very cute and cozy and the place exceeded our expectations with amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and was always ready to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect and right in the middle of downtown with an easy 10 min drive to the beach. We did notice a few things like the floor was a bit dirty, but there were slippers provided in the room that we were able to use and when we arrived there were a few dirty pillows but they had extra pillows and pillow cases in the closet and the team did offer to have their cleaners come in and replace them for us. Other than that we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!!

Very nice little apartment at a great location
We came to Santa Barbara to bike. This apartment was on the ground floor so we could easily store our bikes at night without hauling them up a lot of stairs. Streets with bike lanes very accessible. Very clean and efficient space. Check in very easy. Communication with management excellent. Overall we would highly recommend.

We were within a mile (mainly closer) walk to everywhere near and around downtown Santa Barbara. The unit was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood felt very safe, and again, was in a great location to access all of the downtown sites, as well as to the harbor.

Clean and tidy. Everyhing was new or nearly new. Unit well equipped. Nespresso was awesome. Very comfortable bed. One minor note...you can hear the above neighbors walking so be aware if you are sensitive to that. It was not a problem for us and given how nice the unit was, it was still a 5 star experience. Close to downtown, unassuming surprise
Booked to attend child’s orientation at UCSB. From the outside, the property didn’t look anything great. Tucked off the main road. But boy was I wrong. Ample parking in the back. The unit itself is awesome!! Clean, well appointed, the sectional was soooo comfy. Bathroom, main bedroom….two thumbs up. Dee was very accommodating of my scheduling goofup and helped me out. Did I mention the central location?
