We were not checked in properly. We were marked no show after 24 hours. Our room was given to another person where they walked into our room with our stuff. Big security risk. No phone call was made, no attempt to see who was in that room. No ice machine was working, dusty room and out of control teenagers where no one took charge and stopped kids playing in elevators. Another security risk. There was only one person that took care of us during this time. This is the second time of a problem with the Hilton family of hotels. I will never stay with Hilton again.

The hotel is a little run down and in need of renovation. Our room's HVAC system needs to be cleaned and disinfected. It has a musty, mildew smell when operating.

Pool/hot tub gave our kids folliculitis
Stay for 2 nights was $600. Hotel has 5-6 elevators, think there were 2 of them working the whole time for all the people staying there so it was always long waits and packed with people every time. Hotel has a lot of chewed up wood and weathered areas. Asked for towels after the first night and was given hand towels and told they didn’t have any towels so I dried off with hand towels after my shower for the next day. We were there for a baseball tournament so we had more than 20 kids staying there. Several kids (mine being one of them) ended up with folliculitis bumps all over there body from the hotel pool/hot tub. Hotel looks nice from the outside. Only thing that was decent about the stay was the morning breakfast.

Stayed for two nights, 2 adults 2 teenagers. Room was spacious had everything we needed and then some. Our bed was so comfortable, breakfast was great boys and indoor pool was also enjoyed. We will definitely stay again.

A sad overnighter
We stayed in room 906, I would have preferred something more quiet, there is lots of road noise. The phones didn't work so when I needed a blowdryer I had to call the front desk from my cell. The room was freezing when we entered the a/c was stuck on cold and would not warm up we finally just had to shut off the unit. I suspect I was given a less desirable room because I booked through Hotels.com. Breakfast was good, the omelets were delicious, and it's the typical hotel fare.

The property was very, very run down. Our room had scratches all over the walls, dents in the door, dirt piled up in the corners, filthy carpet, stained duvet covers, poor lightning, broken fridge (which led to our left overs spoiling), etc. The staff was very kind though, we got our money back for the spoiled food and they recommended a nearby restaurant that was open to delivery, straight to our room. They also had a nice selection of drinks/snacks near the front counter. The hotel itself is VERY run-down but the staff is lovely. It met our needs but I probably won't stay there again.

My mom booked our stay and I had my young daughter with me. We asked for a lower floor and they gave me the 9th floor. They had no bell service or carts to take my stuff up or at check out. They offered no help and were rather rude. I would probably not stay there again. Very disappointed!

Property needs an extensive remodel. Pool area had holes in the drywall, towels weren't available, pool deck had puddles everywhere. The breakfast buffet quality has decreased and the area in general was dirty.

1st time we stayed, it was 3 weeks ago and it was horrible, but also extremely understaffed. This time we stayed, it was ok. Rooms are beat up bad, no towels, no shampoo. Breakfast was great. Employees are really nice.
