Nice hotel, there was a lot of drug dealing in the parking lot. A few time during my stay there were cops in and around the hotel. When you walked out of the hotel it felt like I was staying at a motel 6 with all the weirdos hanging around in the parking lot.

No hot water, more like Luke warm. Room smelled like an ash tray.

Great location and a nice hotel! Derive was very friendly.

Pretty nice hotel, large suites, clean, good air conditioning. Check in staff was not the friendliest, and this hotel seems to attract a "party animal" type of clientele.

This property has gotten run down. The bathrooms are old and my associate traveling with me found mold on the windows. The temperature in the rooms is not adjustable. It is either AC or heat and the hotel controls this. The sign in the room says below 55 there is heat and above 70 is AC but my room was so cold I had to use the comforter from both beds. My associate did emails with his coat on!! Going down for the buffet breakfast, they ran out of plates!! I had to wait for 15 minutes for them to bring out more.

Terrible, nosy dirty, smell cigarette and hairs on the bed

Found the room and general areas a bit dirty and when asked the front desk for black tea for the room was not provided.

The issue was that the heat wasn’t working. We called down a couple times, they said they were fixing it, but they never did. We were freezing the whole night long and miserable. The front desk was friendly but indifferent. They said, “It is what are engineer told us.” They said, “You can speak to our manager when she gets in the afternoon.” (We we’re checking out that morning, so even that was unhelpful.). Otherwise, the atrium is a nice feature, and the breakfast was decent.

Terrible service. Everyone “went home” early. No housekeeping in the evening. Was not able to get towel or any extra linen. There was garbage and dirty linen stored in the hallways. Front desk staff was rude. Breakfast was so over crowded it took so long to get anything. No manager to talk to on three requests, they had gone home also. Would never stay here again!

Excellent staff and customer service. Went above and beyond to fix a very simple glitch and ensure that I was taken care of.

The staff was kind and the facility was nice. I had forgotten my I phone charger and asked if there was one to borrow at the front desk. I have traveled a lot and was surprised to hear this. usually hotels can accommodate you. Because my phone was dead I asked for a hotel wake up call which I never received. I woke up too late for the complimentary breakfast buffet which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. My main issue was that on the floor right above my room they were repairing the metal railings. There was constant pounding, sawing and they were using a welder that rained down sparks onto my patio. The noise was unbelievable!

Beautiful building, great atmosphere. Friendly staff.
