Everything was great housekeepers were awesome and rooms very clean

Checked in at ,6:30 pm & the rooms were not cleaned till 7:30

Most of the comments that I've read about this place were about the Manager and about how rude he was. He was actually helpful during check-in and the least of our worries. This place was scary. There is no décor in the lobby or hotel rooms. The color scheme (orange) is awful. There were two small slivers of soap and no shampoo or conditioner so we couldn't take a shower. (We asked the receptionist for some twice and each time was told no, they had no shampoo). There is no breakfast altho in the lobby when we checked out I did see two large carafes of coffee and there was a Mexican bakery across the street. The pool appears clean altho too small to do much swimming in. They do take in dogs as we heard a barky little dog for about an hour in the afternoon. We were woken up twice--once at 1am and once at 8am by someone on the 2nd floor (we were on the 1st) and it sounded like they were shoving or scraping something across the floor. It went on for a long time (an hour or so). There was a TV that worked but we didn't watch it long as we wanted to get out of there asap. I got the feeling that low income people were living there and it didn't feel safe at all.

I feel the office staff could be more accommodating, friendly, and professional, the reason I feel this way is because upon my arrival which was late around 10:30 pm I tried the front door which was locked and I was directed to the side window by one of the two staff members who were engaged in a discussion, I then went around to the window and had to wait a minute or two for them to finish their discussion . I was not GREETED ,nor did I get an apology for having to wait. The wait did not bother me at all, what bothered me was the unfriendly and unprofessional manner of your staff. FYI, I work for a customer service business ,Caliber Collision Centers.

It was a short stay so not much to say, i did not spend a lot of time here,

You get what you pay for is the lesson my family & I took away from staying at this motel. Yes, I read the reviews but it was the only place with availability last minute. Some reviews seemed so unrealistic & a bit dramatic but, trust me, they are true. As soon as we opened our door it felt like we were in a military base room or fancy prison cell. It was muggy & smelled "stale". We were unable to get comfy & relaxed at all for fear of more bugs crawling through the cracks in the floorboards. Mattresses had dips in the center with the springs constantly creaking & poking us. We did not take our shoes off unless we were on the bed & even then we didnt take our socks off either. We couldnt shower because it was filthy. Unfortunately, we felt disgusted & a little scared the moment we parked our car & walked up to the bullet-proof window to check in. There were scattered groups of men hanging around the rooms staring us down. Im assuming, as mentioned in previous reviews, they were there for drug dealing or whatever activities. We had 2 Queen beds, however, we were so paranoid that all of us slept in the farthest bed from the door/window. We ended up getting minimum sleep & getting out of there as soon as the sun came up. Moral of the story is, listen to the reviews people. Reviews are here for a reason & dont put your kids' safety at risk by staying here.

No free wifi (you have to pay for using wifi), no breakfast. A/C made noisy when it ran.

Dirty facility, lots of questionable foot traffic, room smelled funky, front desk personel had bad attitude.

This is an older Motel 6 where you can tell they are trying hard to keep it as nice as possible, but they are falling behind. No restaurants in area except an Italian place across the street. Not a great area after dark, all offices and businesses that close at 5:00. Right across from the Santa Ana Zoo.

RR was not clean and bed spreads were also dirty And I won't recommend
