Hotels near Sanibel Island Lighthouse

"Upon arrival the room was spotless. The bathroom and shower were lovely and large. Towels were replaced daily. We were on the lower level and it was only a short walk to the beach. There was an outdoor shower by the pool for cleaning the sand from body & feet and there was a shell washing station for cleaning your treasures."

"Our stay at Seahorse Cottages was absolutely perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed had high quality sheets and the mattress was very comfortable. The grounds around the cottages were attractive and well kept. We loved having two porches as options for spending time outside. One was sunny and one was shady. The pool was adorable and had plenty of seating options. It was nice to come back from the beach and lounge by the pool. The beach was within walking distance and my husband and I enjoyed walking to the lighthouse from the closest beach access. If you didn’t want to walk, the Seahorse Cottages provided great bikes to use. There are two good eating establishments close to the cottages. One is within easy walking distance. The big bonus was the ice cream shop also within walking distance. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at the Seahorse Cottages and I really hope we will be returning in the future! "
