Great welcome from a really wonderful staff. We loved our room. It was large, comfy, and clean. Great view of Lake Erie at the Jackson street pier. Some nice in early evening from outside the hotel, not surprising given the location, but we still felt comfortable. Thus our go to hotel when in the area. Highly recommended.

This hotel is right across the street from the Jackson Street Pier. If you're planning a trip on Lake Erie from this docking area, it doesn't get any closer than Hotel Kilbourne. The room is really small and tidy. There is a bar on the main floor which is convenient. The folks working at this property couldn't have been any more inviting. Great experience for my wife & I.

We checked in early, which was very nice that they let us do that, however its a very very slow manual process that took nearly 15 minutes. The room was ok, however the sink faucet is loose and about to fall off, the toilet paper holder is broken and about to fall off. The internet based tv barely works because the internet is so slow. The place has lots of potential but many things seem like and after thought.

The restaurant and bar above and below the hotel respectively were very nice and enjoyable to stop at. I also liked the decorations and how large and comfortable the bed was. It's a great area to walk around too with lots of shops and restaurants to try.

Our stay was very nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. Only thing I complained about was that when we got back from our day housekeeping left our door opened, it was not latched thankfully nothing was missing in our room.
