After taking 50 minutes to check us in, we ask for an extra blanket and we’re given a bath towel? Whatever. We were in town for a funeral and just wanted to get to bed after a long day traveling. We get to our room and it’s disgusting. Bugs crawling all over the beds. Used bandaids and blood on the walls. Hair in the tub. The heater wasn’t working, it was freezing. We went to ask for a refund to use the money towards a hotel that didn’t have bugs in the beds and they refused. Save yourself the hassle and go to the best western across the street.

Staff knocking on door before checkout time...I have to literally tell them I will be out at 11:00am...the checkout time..
Nice Motel 8 miles from the race track and has 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance
The property was not well maintained. Trash lying around in bushes. Old box springs in the bushes .

Everyone was very accommodating when I arrived. There is an issue when trying to book a king size bed online.
The hotel was perfectly located for our weekend activities. Nothing incredibly special, but clean and quiet which is all that was needed. A quick morning bite free in the lobby was nice.
Whenever we visit Ohio we almost always select the Econolodge in Norwalk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have been recently upgraded and are very nice.

It was one of if not the worst places I have ever stayed. Small, not very clean, noisy and one that I would never recommend. There was nothing close by that would ever attract me to staying there again!
