Simply the best hotel in Milan and Sandusky. Spotless rooms with amenities, regular house keeping, great breakfast options, nice ambience and very welcoming and positive vibes from the staff. Highly recommend it. Worth every dollar spent.

This place is the winner of our WORST OF THE YEAR award. After we saw the front of the place, we didn't actually get there for a half hour. There was construction and NO SIGNS AT ALL. It took us half hour to figure out that to reach the front door, we needed to go to the parking lot of the Motel 6 200 yards away and take an unsigned, unlit dirt road. NO SIGNS and a shrug from the front desk staff. They couldn't care less.

Courteous staff (Rebecca) and easy check-in. Cookies and cocoa a nice treat. Spacious lobby to hangout and for breakfast. Sort of average bfast but good enough for our tastes (good coffee!) Clean, comfortable, spacious room (2Q). Only black mark is shower drain ... Nothing more disgusting than to stand in a pool of your (and all the previous guests') water during a shower. I know stupid people let all sorts of things go down but you just have to plumb them occasionally.
