The towels and blankets all had stains on them, the shower curtain was moldy. The lobby, halls and room smelled disgusting. the staff was nothing but nice and wonderful

The rooms were clean but the entrances were dirty the ice machines looked like they had never been cleaned. Lots of garbage and cigarette butts all by the entrances and parking lot. Outside doors were not secured anyone could walk in without needing a key card. Indoor pool area had no towels pool and hot tub had bugs in the bottom had not been cleaned in some time. The tiles and concrete were all chipped and cracked around the hot tub and pool. Poor breakfast offering. Milk was sour only a couple cold cereal no fresh fruit only one waffle iron worked. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anybody.

There's better options closer to Cedar Point if that's why you're traveling. Breakfast is very limited, not the cleanest hotel ever, and broken fridge on our last visit. Not great, but not horrible either. Normally pretty cheap, but don't expect a ton.

I will start with saying that the staff was very kind and helped with problems. When arriving the place didnt smell the best. The room wasn't cleaned well, air conditioning didnt work (thankfully they fixed that after tellijg them), the bathroom didnt have any shampoo or conditioner, floors didnt seem pretty dirty. A lot of things were missed and i only stayed because it was so late at night. I unfortunately didn't feel safe either especially with my 3 children. Maybe it would've been different if by myself. Hopefully housekeeping will do better next time.

The room was nice and the inside pool was nice as well . But the Internet service was terrible, TV was unwatchable and super thin walls can hear everything from the room next door.... Also the breakfast just being waffles , bland cereal and yogurt was laughable..
