The check-in was quick and easy. Had an issue a couple of times with the room keys but the staff was quick to fix it. The staff responded quickly to a special request. The hotel was clean and the room was comfy. Breakfast was just ok but met our expectations. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The room had the cheap hotel smell of commercial odorban.. No sink in the bathroom.. bathtub spicket was grungy Breakfast was included. All I wanted was a cup of coffee because I was running behind.. The lady that was working the breakfast bar said they have been out of sugar for 3-days. I told her all someone would have to do was goto Walmart and buy some... She said yeah, someone...lol... Told her I was going to file a complaint.. I plan on returning to Norwalk twice a month for the next 7-8 years... will not stay there...

The service was great. Everyone on the staff did an excellent job, especially the staff during breakfast service. The room was okay. They never changed the sheets over the three days, which is okay I guess. We had new towels everyday so that was nice. There were cobwebs on door jambs, splatters of an unknown origin on the wall, and dead bugs plastered on the windows. No bedbugs thankfully. And there was a musty, moldy smell emanating from the air conditioner that made the whole room stink like it was dirty.
