The host Blanca was very attentive and most helpful. The Villa was a short bus ride from the centre and the buses were every 10 minutes. The bed and bedding were fabulous and the breakfast a delight.The secure parking was a bonus.

Wow! An amazing place to stay

Villa Birdie has to be one of the best places we've stayed. The hotel is stunning from the minute you arrive. Blanca (the host & owner) greets you with a beeming smile and treats you like like a celebrity. The location is perfect, a 20 minute walk into the centre of town, regular bus & train service near by. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Literally cannot fault the place and Blanca and her team are a joy to have host you!

Stunning Villa… Great pool with free beer and soft drinks… Well appointed and super clean room with beautiful design. Fantastic breakfast with fruits, cold cuts, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice… Super friendly and knowledgeable owner with fantastic recommendations and always willing to help. Beautiful property well located 15 minutes outside of the the town core. Easy bus ride or walk. Blanca has s an amazing host and the property itself was a stunning, will definitely recommend and come back!

Villa Birdie had a hidden gem

We had a fabulous time at villa Birdie. Blanca and zavi were excellent hosts. This boutique hotel was better than our expectations. The hotel was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Blanca gave us great tourist advice to enjoy San Sebastián. We didn’t have a car, but was able to use public transport which was efficient and a short ride to the centre. Look forward to our return

The owner of the property is very gregarious and extremely helpful. We were in Northern Spain for 14 days and stayed at 7 different hotels. Villa Birdie was the best overall facility.

What a truly outstanding villa with 5 star touches and in a great location too. Our host couldn’t do enough for us during our stay which made our stay even more special. It was great having access to water, beer and soft drinks by the pool and this really made it a home from home. Better than any 5 star accommodation we’ve stayed in.

Amazing place, amazing host, highly recommend. It is a 20/30 minute walk from town but very simple and cheap to catch the No. 13 bus if necessary.

Villa Birdie has a B&B feel

Good location for the bus into San Sebastián. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and very well appointed. Overall had the feel of a B&B versus a hotel/villa. Was like being a guest in someone's home. Owner was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about the area, with suggestions of places to visit.
