Our second stay at this hotel, and we would return again. Cimfirtable, clean and quiet.

Our experience with this hotel was that they do not care about their people. We were not able to come on this trip because we are from St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands and were hit with TWO Category 5 Hurricanes in less than 2 weeks. We asked the hotel to refund our reservation and they REFUSED. I had other hotels in Spain and the U.K. that did not hesitate to cancel our reservation, even though we have non-refundable rates. Our airport is closed, my home is destroyed and this hotel does not care. I will be posting this everywhere I can.

A good location, close to the main attractions of the city, the staff is polite and helpful. The hotel serves a great and delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I didn't like though, the glass door of the bathroom. We enjoyed our 3 days stay at Astoria7.

Great hotel exceptional staff 15 min walk from old town and most restaurants

It's an upscale hotel with friendly staff, super clean, huge bathroom, free snacks (fruits, water, etc) and comfortable bed. Even though it is not in the city center, the bus stops right in front of the hotel and it's only 4 stops away from the city center.

great hotel, we loved the movie theme and the fact you can borrow movies from the hotel during your stay.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Miro with another couple in early September - and it was the perfect time of year to explore the city outside of the summer high season. As other reviewers have stated, the location is ideal! The hotel is literally across the street from the Guggenheim - we could peek out our window and see Puppy, which was awesome. The hotel itself is very clean and modern - the rooms were quite spacious (at least compared to our accommodations in San Sebastian, from which we came). The service was solid - we were able to check-in earlier than normal without a fuss. There's also a nice lounge / bar area in the lobby with free non-alcoholic drinks / Nespresso - nothing fancy, but a nice touch. We only stayed one night due to an early morning flight out of Bilbao, but we're so glad we made the decision to visit Bilbao for a full day (and could have definitely stayed longer) - between the accommodations and its proximity to the museum / the Nervion riverwalk, we would definitely recommend Hotel Miro!

About a 15-20 minute walk from old town and the beach, wonderfully sized rooms, good staff, great experience overall.

Clean, a bit far from old town but the price and service was great. Need to include Breakfast.

As many others commented, this is a fancy, new, themed hotel. We happened to have a room with someone in the movie business that we didn't know so it wasn't that amazing to me. But the decor is tastefully done. Nice breakfast too!

Young, friendly staff. Helped us park in underground garage. Great location. Fun fun for movie fans, creative decor. Quiet and elegant.

What a great surprise. The hotel has really nice rooms, great friendly staff, a good location, good food including room service.
