Set on a building themed around cinema and the San Sebastian Film Festival, the apartment is located in the first floor of a modern building with large elevators. The building is set in the former Astoria Cinema, by the river Urumea.The apartment highlights for its large living room with a dining area. From the living room guests can access a nice balcony which faces Avenida Sancho el Sabio. The kitchen is fully equipped and it's perfect to prepare a delicious meal. The two bedrooms in the apartment feature two single beds each. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Both bathrooms are very nice; the first bathroom has a wonderful bathtub while the second bathroom features a nice shower.
