The Hotel is in a good location . Walking distance to the cathedral. And the town safe to walk . Just wish they had coffee or food available at the hotel. We Requested extra towels and we didn’t get it . The hotel just needs to be more attentive what the guest needs. Just be prepared to have snacks and drinks everything around the hotel closes around 9pm there is nothing around except bars open that lates

The place is very nice, the rooms are very nice and clean. Unfortunately we arrived on a day when there was no water, they were repairing the pipe. After 3 hours the water arrived but there was no hot water, I was still having problems and so I had to go find another place. It was just a bad day but the place is very nice and the rooms are very clean.

My room in the Hotel Maria Bonita was flooded, so I was given a room in an affiliated hotel, the Casa Luna. The main problem with that hotel was that someone stole 500 pesos from my suitcase which I had in the room. When I complained to the front desk they told me they would look into it but took no further responsibility for the theft.

Pasó una situación muy triste y lamentable con una familia, en la cual el papá golpeó a las hijas y la mamá. El hotel no respondió, diciendo que era un altercado familiar y que ellos no podían hacer nada, este escándalo duró aproximadamente 2 horas en la madrugada. En ningún momento el personal del hotel respondió o puso orden. Y todavía pidieron buenos comentarios para el hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada.

The shower door did not fit properly so water spilled out onto the bathroom floor. The AC could only go as low as 20°C so the room felt stuffy. However, the location was ideal and the staff was helpful.
