The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the town. Staying here overnight made our visit to San Marino far more rewarding than if we'd come on a day trip.

Our rooms were not accessible by elevator. We were not informed before booking. We are all over 65, one of us 78 and this was unacceptable. They were in the basement and rated “superior “. No way! The hotels were full and we couldn’t upgrade. We left after one night.
