First of all staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a narrow balcony off my room and the views were lovely. The room is in need of a refresh — all furnishings and lighting should be replaced. The bed was firm, but comfortable. When I asked anyone at the reception about nearby restaurants there was no hesitation in helping me. One young woman even did some internet searches for me—very kind. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working and the room was way too hot during my stay. In the evening I opened the balcony door, but it was still too warm. I could hear the person in the next room, too clearly. My room had a jetted tub though I just used the shower. The tub leaked lots of water onto the bathroom floor even though I had the glass partition in place. Breakfast was good; it was a buffet and they made the cappuccino and other coffee drinks for guests. There were many options on the buffet including multiple types of sweets, scrambled eggs, cheese, sliced meat, fresh fruit and more. Today they had pomegranate seeds— a nice treat. The staff kept the buffet well stocked and tidy. Location-wise: it’s close to the bus station and a ten minute walk to the walled city. Also, I needed to do a load of laundry and was directed to one within walking distance. I walked back and forth to the walled city during the day and after dark. I am a single senior female and I felt safe making those walks.

Fantastic location for exploring the citadel and all the old winding streets of San Marino - literally a five minute walk to the old town. Hotel car parking was straight forward and certainly worth while as we were arriving late afternoon and all the public car parks were full - if you’re driving then worth booking! Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was superb, with food to cater for everyone (we had 7+10 yr old children with us) and the waiter in particular friendly and funny with the children. All in all, a wonderful hotel in San Marino! Would recommend.

Pleasant little hotel right in the heart of the town. Short walk up the hill to all of the best tourist spots and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet nights sleep and a clean room, felt a little out of date and could be freshened up but no issues.

The rooms were older but very hot. They told us they weren’t using the AC yet. The bunk beds are also not fit or what I would feel to be safe for adults or older teens. Otherwise, great location. Manageable for a short stay.

Excellent location near bus terminal

This property is located about 100 yards from the Bonelli bus stop. It’s a bit of a walk to towers but any visitor to San Marino should expect a lot of walking. There is a tourist train stop right outside the hotel but I have no information on the schedule or cost. The room was small but fine for a solo traveler. The front desk was always helpful. Although the breakfast was not included, I think it was worth the $12. The osteria next door had excellent food at a reasonable price. Outside noises were an unpleasant surprise as my room faced on the roundabout. There was a surprising amount of traffic all night long and I think trash collection happened in the middle of the night - all those wine bottles woke me up. I would encourage guests to request a room away from the street. I would recommend this property.

Good: There was a singing room for singing. Amazing views to the mountains from the rooms at the back of the hotel. Breakfest was good and the staff spoke Italian and perfect English. Improvements: I wish staff would speak Finnish language.

Very nice hotel. Rooms have amazing views, wifi is fast, staff is very helpful at the front desk, breakfest was amazing and the staff was great, cleaning ladies were super nice, hot water in the shower and shampoos, bed is comfortable. I am very happy.
