I stayed at Hotel Royal Plaza in Rimini and overall had a good experience. The room was very clean. The bed was just okay — not especially good or bad. My first room was quite small, but the staff were very accommodating and quickly moved me to a better one.
The real highlight of the stay was the staff — they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Victor and Max for going above and beyond. The location is also perfect, close to everything you need.
On the downside, the swimming pool was out of order during my stay, and the fire alarm went off repeatedly during the first few days, which was frustrating. Breakfast was decent, though I’d recommend sticking to the continental options (croissants, bread, fruit, yogurt) as the hot food tended to sit out for a long time. The coffee, however, was excellent.
Overall, a comfortable stay with fantastic staff and a great location, though a few improvements could make it even better.
