The views from our room was outstanding. Not just the ocean in the background, but the gardens between the rooms and the ocean bluffs. They also had great lawn furnishings around fire pits. The room was spotless and roomy, bed very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a very nice Italian Deli nearby.

Its a nice area great view of the ocean we had patio facing ocean and outdoor fireplaces. The beds were not so comfy ours sank in. The carpet floors need to be shampooed my sons knees and feet were extremely dirty from walking on it and playing on it.

I loved my stay with my pup. The staff put me in a dog friendly room that had a patio, was clean, and convenient. There are some parts of the property that need to be updated but generally it was a nice place with beautiful views. The staff were lovely and accommodating. If you have a pup you can take to dinner, there is a restaurant called Lido that is a 2 min walk and has a pup menu. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel.

The room was nice but no microwave. You have to go to the office to use the microwave. The mattress was not very comfortable and the restaurant would have been great but it has closed down. The floor in the bathroom area was slippery from whatever cleaning product they used.

Loved the view from the ocean facing rooms and the walking path behind the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't allow pets in ocean view rooms, no micro, no ice machine, no restaurant, and 3 miles from the Pismo Beach Pier which isn't within walking distance. We were surprised to find out that they added occupancy taxes to a pet fee which was very disappointing to learn upon checkout.
