Room was clean and acceptable. Couch was very deep and weird. The porch seating give a good view, but you will be right next to your neighbors. There’s no privacy. Nothing really special about the place, but I’d expect a bit more class for the price.

Our favorite place to stay in Pismo beach because the location can’t be beat. It’s right next to the freeway and away from hustle and bustle of the downtown area but still has plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a beautiful bluff trail to catch the sunset from that leads down to a quiet beach. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We were travelling with a dog and this time when we checked into our room the adjoining one also had a dog that was very unhappy about being next to another and the front desk immediately arranged for us to be moved, which we appreciated. We’ve stayed in the Compass 2 Queens a couple times now and the rooms are comfortable and clean with nice beds. We were pleasantly surprised to see they’ve added AC units in some of the rooms especially since it was unusually hot for this time of year. Parking is convenient for $10 per stay
