The front desk staff was friendly and I liked the daily texts about checking in and their hours. The beds were a little noisy with the bed frame but were pretty comfy. Overall we had a good experience. :)
Overall excellent. Very conscientious and well organized. Very pleasant staff. Easy checkin and out. Only wrong note wasack of hanging space for clothes. There were only 3 coat hooks by the front door--no closet or even a clothes rod.

It is a mid-level hotel. The rooms are very OK inside for the price. The pool was not operational but we didn't want to use it anyway. Friendly staff. Although the motel is fairly close to the freeway the rooms were quite.
This property was conveniently located and check in/out was quick and easy.
Walking distance to the beach & restaurants is a plus. It is dog friendly, which is a plus. Close to freeway noise is a minus. No breakfast, or newspaper/magazines, is a minus. Oh well, this is fine for a (relatively...) inexpensive one night stay.
Nice renovation to the room but definitely not clean. I brought my service dog with me and was given a room where another animal had been. There were hairs all over the place - on the floors, chair, etc - like it had not been vacuumed properly. The bathroom while nice, again didn't look like anyone had properly cleaned it or even a basic wipe down - there was dust and grime by the window sills. Ther was some sort of food on the counter in the "kitchen" area, which was dried and gross. No recycling options available either. Parking was ample but glad I was only there for the night.

It seemed as if everything on the property was upgraded...(Interior and Exterior)...Great find for the price. Sam (owner/operator/receptionist/greeter/go to guy) was Terrific! Would do it again next time in Pismo!
This hotel has a bar-b-que pit which is pretty awesome! Also, you are not near the crowds so at night it is quiet and you can sleep well, there is a freeway nearby but surprisingly I couldn't hear it, and the benefit was that I could get on and off the freeway very quickly and easily to visit the nearby outlets or California Market. Room service was clean and also you will be walking distance to everything. No need to break the bank on a room when you will spend most of your time outside enjoying the ocean weather.
Location is great. Our room was quite large. Quick check-in. Although our room seemed clean when we got in, i was VERY disappointed to find the coffee maker had old coffee pods still in the maker that were mildewing. We would definitely stay again.
I didn’t get the room I paid for. No apology just blamed their servers. Guests next door up until 1 in the morning outside my room with no help from management to get the situation under control. Look elsewhere.
We were on the 2nd floor and it was a good size room and it was very clean and tje bed and linens were so comfortable.plus it was a great location to walk to the pier and beach
