Baggage drop off may be available with prior notice.

This is a quiet home, not a party space. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise low, especially at night.

No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, or candles are not allowed inside the apartment. A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations.

No Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Guest Count
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. Maximum occupancy: 5 people.

Check-In / Out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM (self-check-in with lockbox).
Checkout: By 11:00 AM.

Please note that Old San Juan (and Puerto Rico as a whole) occasionally experiences temporary power, water, and internet outages. These disruptions are usually resolved within a few hours and are simply part of life in the Caribbean. While we cannot control these occurrences, we remain hopeful that the island’s utility providers continue making progress toward a more resilient and reliable infrastructure.
