The tv and the Air conditioner remote were not working properly whenever you turned on the tv it would turn off the air conditioner one day we where taking a mid day nap and the staff where cleaning the water fountain that was right on the same wall as our bedroom and pressure washing it sounded like in was in our room

My rustic experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Duna Hotel, and I was truly impressed. The hotel's tranquil ambiance and rustic aesthetic created a serene environment that felt like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. From a curb appeal or even looking at pictures you may think this looks like a great place to stay. During my short stay with DUNA by DW I didn’t even basic accommodations that any hotel should provide. The shower was functionally terrible along with a lacking of hot water for a long duration of my stay. To a point where my partner and I had to use the outdoor shower in the common area in bathing suits to shower. The living space in our room prior to entering, was covered in sand along with inside the sheets on the bed, which were also covered in sand. This caused irritation and a rash. This hotel was also infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches. It seems to be an ongoing problem for them after looking under their table in the kitchen. There was Raid mosquito and cockroach repellent. Lastly, there were earplugs next to the bed, concerned and questioning, my partner and I did not find out that there was a noise problem until later in the night of our first day. I have thus reached out to Expedia and DUNA by DW with no action taken on their end for the terrible services they provided. Please do yourself a service and do not stay at DUNA by DW.
