This apartment is close to the beach and Isla Verde, Condado, and Old San Juan making it easy to tour the island.
The apartment is 400 sqft and has Ac in the living room and in the bedroom. Kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, refrigerator, and microwave.
The king-size bed makes it very comfortable and we also have a sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of parking outside the property or you can request to park inside. Fast Internet 250 Mbps. Smart TV

This beautiful property has a modern security system with 8+ motion-activated cameras throughout the exterior, automatic LED outdoor lights throughout, and keyless entry in all doors. There’s a private/gated garage on the premises with room to park and more parking spaces outside on the street.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You can relax and enjoy all the amenities provided during your stay. The apartment is private, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We strive to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel per guest and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs and an ice cooler.

We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, three garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap and one dish sponge. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Extra amenities: Daybed and stroller.
Each would have to be requested in advance of your arrival. Please note that there is a $10 fee for the daybed. Stroller comes at no charge.

Late Check-out: We provide the option of a late check-out at a rate of $15 per hour. This allows you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11 AM to 2 PM. However, if you require an extension beyond 2 PM, a full extra day will be charged.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Good Central Location

We rented a car and l this was the perfect in between location. There were a lot of things that were broken. For several things he depended on his cleaning lady who comes at 11 to do a lot of things and it was inconvenient. There are no stores that are walkable.
