Pros ~ Easy check-in credit card($200cash dep for debit). The property is clean and quiet with a mid size pool area. Beach chairs and umbrella is available free of charge. Restaurant serves good dinner for a premium price. Close to plenty of restaurants , uber works fine. Cons ~ Restaurant opens late and closes early. Pool isn’t big enough to swim and no pool entertainment. Drinks are over priced for what’s served. Recommend getting a car if you stay at this location and bring a wash cloth and towels.

I love the boutique feel of the property. It's a great vibe. It's sexy and I love it being adults only. I wish the breakfast was better. It was often low or out of things and they were not replenished. Same with the pool and beach towels.

I liked walking into what felt like an oasis when you opened the door- leaving San Juan behind you for another time to explore. Close to great bakeries and other attractions we planned to explore. The beach access was close and easy and loved having the chairs and umbrellas available as needed. Beds were very comfortable and pool was refreshing. To me clean and safe are important and this place was clean and safe. The shower was always nice and warm and the air conditioning cold. There is also a great courtyard to sit and read a book or even take in the sun. I also used the coworking room when I needed to- which was nice and quiet. The only thing that could have been better for me was having a place to put your clothes rather than keeping them in my suitcase. There were places floating shelves would have been perfect rather than a ladder. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

Beautiful hotel, nice for photo ops, walking distance to almost everything nearby. Beach is 4 mins away. My only issue with the place would have to be accessing the room door but after awhile we got a hang of it. 10/10 will be back!

The room was VERY small we couldn’t open two suitcase at the same time , front parking lot it nice and pretty but if you need to park in the back your faced with exposed PVC plumbing, open tranches & trash. Hotel is beautiful but be prepared to get woken up every hour to people coming & going outside, flushing toilets all night long. The beach is only a short walk over a highway bridge and down a street. Check in is a 3pm and 3pm sharp , we arrived 20 mins early , no exceptions.. a rule is a rule and I’m fine with it , but you better deliver on the experience afterwards. They didn’t . Not horrible , but not what we thought it be

It was a beautiful hotel but they have a long way to go. Being new I expected more. When we checked in the girl who led us to our room was wearing a hoodie and jeans, which didnt seem professional for such a nice place, and was quick with info, we had no idea we needed bracelets for the beach chairs or where to get them, found out through other guests. Gave us wrong directions on how to lock the door when we left. The room was clean, hand soap dispensers dont work, might need to be replaced... they said lotion on them. No small hand or face towels in the room, when I did ask the front desk for them they said they didnt have any. Bartender and Manager were extremely kind at the bar! We had a great time while being by the pool area, but definitely some kinks that need to be worked out, like glassware and having things stock properly. Be aware the rooms are small!

The property is beautiful pictures do not lie, however the bar/restaurant opens when it wants to, towels you have to go and request for more, the wifi was out majority of our stay and the parking is horrible, it is limited and not very safe to park. Have ideas of where you are wanting to eat prior, it is not a very tourist friendly area.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean and the staff are super nice. I went for a 3 night stay with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Let’s start from the room, it’s small and it doesn’t have cabinets or closet for you to put in your close. I mean not even 1 drawer, so u have to keep your clothes in the luggage and in the floor. The pool area has a bar that’s only open from 1pm to 9:30pm and prices on drinks are not bad they are reasonable. The only bad thing is that there’s always only 1 person so if it’s busy you will have to wait a while to get your order. They breakfast which is the only thing included, it’s in the bar are in front of the pool from 7:30am to 10am. They put apples, oranges, yogurt, croissants, bagels, ham, cheese, granola bars, coffe, water, peanut butter, jelly, butter and Nutella. They don’t have a little store for you to buy things like Toothpaste, toothbrush, Advil or things like that. I had a headache and I had to take an uber to the closes supermarket which thank god it’s 8 minutes away from the hotel. I recommend you to go there, it’s 24 hours open and buy snacks, drinks and everything you believe you might need. To go to the beach you have to cross a bridge to the other size of the road, when you get to the beach they have umbrellas and chairs there for free for the hotel clients. Sundays at the hotel they have painting and sip at 10:30am and Wednesday, movies under the starts at 7:30 pm with free popcorn.

Wish they have better breakfast. The coffee was always cold and almost never had tea. The ham and cheese were in a glass container but without ice so the cheese was saggy and almost melted.
