Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located, two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor in Santurce. It is in a fully renovated building with free, on-site private parking.

Painstaking original Spanish tiles were restored on the entrance, and the building was renovated to bring out the original charm with very high ceilings. Some key features include comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, window darkening curtains, and a private bathroom. The apartment has a stovetop, microwave, and full refrigerator with all kitchen utensils and basic spices. The apartment provides clean and fresh linens with your stay and one white bath towel per guest. It includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

It has self-check-in and controlled access. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. It is within walking distance of Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita, and many museums and restaurants. Old San Juan and the airport are a 10-minute drive away.

The neighborhood is residential near an important commercial strip. It is located downtown, so street noises exist, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. It is lively, and many entertainment options are available on foot or by short Uber ride. Walking to places in the area and many other residents and tourists is generally safe.

Wish I could have given this 5 stars! Pros: Host was [mostly] very prompt in communication, the interior of the property was [mostly] as advertised, location was solid, etc Cons: Not sure if it’s a San Juan-wide power grid issue, however all of the technological devices I attempted to charge in the property took easily five times as long as normal to charge. The property is/was also listed as a 2 bathroom with a lakefront view, and there is only one bathroom and no lake within a 5 mile radius. Knowing what I know now, I’d likely book the apartment again; however, folks should be moreInformed before making the commitment!
