Shower goes hot and cold, sink faucet hard to pull ( I can't believe they have a faucet like that were it takes so much energy to pull and the room was very noisy. Not worth the money I paid for the motel.
No issue - checkin was easy, room was good, wifi solid.
Rude and incompetent front desk Dimly lit stairs Super loud AC unit Super tight faucet very difficult to operate The sink actually lifts off the counter Bedside lamp has no knob On the bright side, no bed bugs and no hookers and drug dealers on the lot
Helped me reduce traffic headaches. Very helpful staff. Thanks for the breakfast!
Awful experience. Hotel staff was not welcoming At all. The room smelled the blankets looked dirty. The popcorn ceiling through me off, it just reeked old & dirty. Did not look nothing like the picture. There was even a spider on the wall! Never again!
Very good service all around, rooms were very clean and friendly staff
I am not sure way this hotel as ANY negative reviews. Its basically an extremely nice high end motor lodge in the middle of Silicon Valley. My room was amazing. I had a separate bedroom, jacuzzi tub, huge stall shower, and an electric fireplace. I paid just a tad more and got a king suite which was worth every penny. There is a nice pool and a Greek restaurant about 30 feet from the hotel. Parking is FREE. You get breakfast. What more can one ask?
everything was okay. The breakfast needed improvement.
Location is good. OK Breakfast. Functional for a business traveler.
We've stayed her before but our experience this time was not as good as previous stays because 1) our next door neighbors were noisy both inside and outside the room and 2) the cable (in all the rooms) was messed up. There was only a pixelated screen for most of our 1-night stay. Fortunately we went out for the evening and to bed shortly after we returned. Otherwise it would have sucked.
stay there for many days and have good restunrant nearby.
I've stayed here several times because the rooms are really quite nice for the price. The area is close to the freeways. There was a charge issue after I left but the employee was easy to work with and it got resolved quickly.
The AC was broken, totally busted, but they did not move us to a different room, and they did not do anything!!!
Hotel staff is friendly and efficient. I stayed here because it was cheaper than staying in Palo Alto I attended a week-long conference at Stanford. Large room, comfortable and quiet.
The location is very convenient.it is near silicon vally.the breakfast is the best.they have a lot of variety.the room was clean and comfortable.
The location was great, beds were comfy, no fan in the bathroom was interesting, no screen on bathroom window. It was clean and comfortable.
The room next to ours was not a hotel room, but rather an event room. Our second night there (out of 2) was ruined by a party with loud music. We had had a long day and were looking to simply crash and relax. No way that was going to happen until the party was over! The worst part was the clean up - it sounded like they were going to come through the walls. I'm not sure why they were making all the noise.
Was here on business and it suited my needs just fine
Everything here is average, but that's reflected in the price. Beds were pretty clean. Wood floors eliminated the gross carpets common at this price point. The bathroom was very wet, as if water had leaked out of the tub and was left sitting. It took two towels to soak this up. Gross. But, it was totally worth the price, which was very low. Would I stay here again? Well, I'm a student. Before I graduate, sure. After I graduate, probably not.
Ok for one or two nights Noisy because of freeways around
