We had an ocean view that was beautiful. The sound of the waves was pretty loud all night. The pool was really nice but getting a lounge chair was challenging. The grounds were landscaped and kept up very well. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets. There was an abundance and variety of food. The onsite restaurants were average to good.

We travelled with a 2 and 5 year old. They loved the pools and kids water park. The food was great and staff were friendly. Everything was well maintained. Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop. The property was clean and the location on the beach was great. The pools are very nice and restaurants are kept clean. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in an altitude suite with a great view of the ocean. I recommend upgrading to the altitude just for better rooms and you also get access to a nice bar and restaurant for lunch and breakfast. The buffet food is typical and the service at the restaurants can be a little slow. Overall I would recommend this property for a more affordable all inclusive option.
